10/10 stay for a clean place to rest. Breakfast was a nightmare though because families kept cutting the line to go for seconds.

Good value for price. However, cleanliness and overall quality is lacking. Corners of the rooms look like they havent been vacuumed in some time. Lots of random splotches and stains on the walls, sheets, floor. An electrical outlet hanging exposed from the wall, shower head fixture hanging loose in bathroom. Breakfast is standard fair. Very noisy, almost zero noise dampening between room and hallway. Add to that being a pet friendly location and you spend all your time here listening to dogs barking. Or if you have a suite near the breakfast room, listening to the waffle maker timer blare for hours Most staff friendly and helpful. Some very pushy and unattentive. Nice free coffee and lemon water in lobby.

Great location, regular hotel rooms with regular amenities. For checkout I had selected "pay at hotel" option and they already went ahead and charged my card without telling me. As per manager on site it was "too late". Disappointing. Minor suggestion: having a decaf tea option in the room.

The pillows and duvet on the bed were disgusting. The pillows were all yellow and gross and small except for 1! The duvet is also a yellowish colour. The staff I encountered were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming.

The early check in fee policy seems inappropriate. If the room is ready and sitting empty, a fee of 20$ an hour to check in early is poor customer service. Would rather go to a hotel across the road that allows early check in for no fee. Please reassess

You allow children and hockey teams to walk all over you and your staff. Kids treat this place like a jungle gym. Good luck to anyone looking to sleep while you stay there, they will put you in the middle of parties and groups and do nothing about the loud and inappropriate behaviour. Rooms are minimal at best, one female staff member was the only thing that saved this place. The men at night couldn’t stand up to a brick wall. Went to visit a family member in hospice, had a horrible experience and the hotel won’t do anything.

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. When we got to our room we had to open our window and turn on the ac. Someone had left the heat on high and it was over 30 degrees in the room. Room was clean. The bed is quite possibly the worst bed I have ever slept on. Definitely time to retire the mattresses at this location.

My stay was okay. The room wasn’t super clean and I didn’t have hot water (lukewarm at best) but the location was convenient and I very much appreciated that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

Well done !!
We really enjoyed this property. In on the road 70 nights per year and for the price, very fair. 1/2 hour after check in the called to room to see if everything was in order. Been at hotel 5 x more expensive and no call. Well done !!
