Kept us up all night, early next morning. Staff was unhelpfull and rude. Don't even consider staying here unless construction is complete.

The hotel's pool & sauna where undergoing renovations but there was no notification of which online or when we made reservations. But the staff were very friendly and apologetic. The staff was very friendly and helpful would go again.

Good mid-priced hotel

Nothing you don't need, but everything you do need. Not fancy, but very pleasant stay. The pool was out of commission due to repair work being done. Very good exercise/weight room. Decent breakfast included. Room was what you expect in a well-equipped mid-price motel. There's a fridge and a microwave.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Internet access for guests did not work well
Location: Close to UM.
Run down area but pleasant and helpful staff and I felt safe..

Great choice for attending U of M football game

Pros: Great location between DTW and Ann Arbor. Excellent value for the price.
Location: Ann Arbor is 20 minutes away.
The staff was courteous and delightful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. My 11 year old son loved the pancake maker. Excellent value.

Mixed feelings, but won't stay again.

Room is nice and big and pretty. However, it smelled both musty and chemically, as if trying to cover the mustiness. You also end up parking a long way from the hotel, and in the wind and rain, that was a minus. The main problem was that there was barely any internet connection. Very poor. I called the front desk and they called tech support. I called 4 times but was unable to get a decent connection. Frustrated, I spoke with the manager the next morning and she said that I should have called tech support directly. I should have been informed of that the night before. The second night, I called tech support and he was able to improve my signal a bit, but they needed to get a tech out. I don't expect all things to work perfectly at all times, but I do spend extra money at hotels to INSURE that I have a good connection so I can work in the evenings. The manager was polite, but short. I wouldn't stay here again.
