The best part about this place is the cost. Less expensive tgen most places. Clean room and a bit small. Felt like a motel but the bed was comfortable. Close to mall if that's what you want. Far from downtown, which I wanted. Friendly staff

Gross and stinky!!!

Not impressed.... Actually quite disgusted ..... Was a non smoking room with the obvious smell of rotten smoke hitting u in the face as u opened the door! The bathroom was gross with smears of snot on the little wall beside the toilet....& hair and dust strings caked in the corners and some walls. And the alarm clock had someone's sticky jam or snot finger prints all over the buttons! Oh and the most beautiful site was the window view out to the parking lot and watching a guest poop their dog right on pavement in parking spot and then checking it out for size and leaving for the next person that drives up to step in it! Those are the kind of people that stay at this place I guess- well looking at the room - I guess so.

I am terribly sorry to hear that you had a unpleasant stay with us. Did you contact the Front Desk? By all means if a guest checks into a room that is not satisfactory we will find a different one that will better fit your needs and reflect the standards we have at this property. As for the guest with the dog, unfortunately it seems to be this pet owner is one of the kind that gives other pet owners a bad name when traveling.

Overall good experience. The only thing I found annoying is I was asked for my credit card for "incidentals" and I got charged for the rooms again when they were already paid for. It was misleading! There was a fridge in the room but it was empty and so there were no incidentals to speak of!

Sorry for the confusion about your reservation. When booking through 3rd party sites like Expedia, the room and taxes are only paid for not the incidentals. Therefore we need a card on file from the guest in case there are damages to the room for example. If there are no incidental charges then the pre-auth will be released in 2-5 days depending on your bank. But in the end, we are happy to hear you had a nice stay with us here at the property.

Pros: wonderful time at this hotel
Location: whale watching, shopping, sightseeing.
Hotel staff very friendly, helpful. room was clean and comfortable, great location.

Cons: The breakfast was weak. I ate somewhere else.
It was a single bed queen making it the last room available but I found myself very lucky. The hotel was comfortable and clean.

Pros: location, and comfort
Cons: Better cleaning
Location: Location is great, near the airport, we left to Las Vegas the next day.
We were very happy in this hotel, the room was ready, but we did not like it so the front desk man got us a better room right away.

Pros: The people who work here are very nice and professional.
For $100/night, so far out of Bellingham proper, this was not a satisfactory accommodation. The beds are hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom walls hadn't been cleaned in a while, the curtains don't completely cover the window so be ready to be up at sunrise, and the room smelled musty with hints of old cigarette smoke.
