In three night stay: Maid service not provided, when I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned, service person condescending said I had to ask for maid service, was somehow provided a soiled bath towel, some sort of party down the hall at 4 am one early morning, two police people talking a (homeless?) woman in the lobby at 5:30 am on another morning when I was going to get a Starbucks at 5:30 am, acrid smell in the hallway, elevator door had to be given a nudge to close, room did not smell fresh. I will not use this chain hotel again.

The hotel was ok. Not like the pictures shown, but decent. The staff was friendly. It appeared to have had some renovation as there was building materials out our window along with a hurse which was interesting. The indoor pool was closed, but we had no plans to use it anyway. I had called in advance to see if the room had a hair dryer & iron. When we arrived there was a hair dryer in the restroom but no iron or ironing board. We asked at the front desk & they said "they'd see what they could find" but we never got an iron & wore wrinkled clothing. Had I known, I would have packed my travel iron. The food was ok, again didn't look like the photos. My husband said the eggs were cold one day & semi warm the next two mornings. Waffles were ok, bacon paper thin & the days they had sausages one day they were cool the other a little warm but not fully cooked. They had coffee, OJ, muffins, toast, yogurt, dry cereal, packages of Oatmeal.... we left full so all in all ok. I understand not changing the bedding but we had no cleaning of the room at all. We arrived Mon & left on Thurs. Both trash cans were over flowing & had we stayed a day longer, the toilet paper would have been gone. We had several stores across the street & several eating/shopping within a short car ride so the location was good. Room was quiet. My husband said he wouldn't stay there again, me knowing what I know now, I'd be ok with it due to the other things close by BUT would definitely be more prepared!!

The property is in process of renovation, which is great. It does make the place a bit messy. The room was quiet, bed comfortable, and the staff was great. I checked in late, and the staff was able for a nice welcome and conversation. They were very nice to my little dog.

Close to lots of shopping and not far from the airport. For being as busy as it is around this property, the room was very quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Had a king sized bed that was on the firm side, which I much prefer to soft. Overall it was a good stay.

Place is not cared for. Shower curtain rod broken so shower curtain is useless. Water gets all over the floor. At least one other guest had same issue and informed staff. Housecleaning obviously knew about, too. Bath fan didn’t work. Patches on walls not painted.

The property will be great soon. The first room we were given was in the middle of remodel, wires were hanging out from the wall one TV was missing. The moved up up to the third floor because they were all completely remodeled. It was different the heater would come on when it was setting at 69 degrees we would get ice cold air for a while the heat until we were both chilled it was on and off all night. it will be great when they are done. TV was always showing no connection signal you had to try and get it on with a code

The property is going through a remodel while we were there. The beds were comfortable, the laminate flooring they put in is real cheap and looks that way. There were unfinished plumbing in the bathroom. Breakfast was really good. Waffles, eggs, sausage etc.

They gave us a room on the 3rd floor that was still being renovated. Then they gave us a room on the 1st floor and one of the beds were broken. Shower drain was partially clogged and water ran onto the floor.

There was what looked like blood splatter on the ceiling of the bathroom. The mirror was cracked. 2 lights didn’t work. Mattress was gross.

Staff friendliness was the best thing about this property. It was a good location and price for visiting WWU. The room furniture was old. Sink faucet loose, had to chip some ice out of the freezer portion of the frig. You had to walk to the back corner of the toilet to get in the shower. There were a lot of fruit flies around the food at breakfast.
