We were placed on the wing facing I-5.. and it was NOISY late into the night. It’s as though we have the windows opened when they’re not. For a facility this close to the freeway they need to have placed double pane or noise blocking glass?! Even with earplugs I had a hard time sleeping. If someone in the parking lot started an old car or a motorcycle.. it is LOUD! Other than that facility is clean .. fairly close to everything we wanted to visit in the area.

The property was fine. only thing I didn't like was no coffee pot in the room like it was advertised. The TV was hard to work. No local station or local news or sports. Walking down to the coofee room, was incoventant but coofee and snacks were good.

This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel with a pet, and i wasn't sure what to expect. There was lament flooring throughout the hotel, which I appreciate for cleanliness with pets in and out, and the front desk was open 24-7, making it easy to take a pet out during the night.

I’m pretty sure it was hotel that houses homeless drug addicts. My room abutted a group of them. Smelled smoke all night, they were noisy and awake all night. We left the hotel at 5am and they were still partying. Then had to step around puddles of vomit in the parking lot.

Good for a budget hotel, room recently renovated which helped. Bathtub also recently renovated but not the tap at it didn’t work well, not much water pressure and hard to set between cold and hot. For some reason front desk decided to vacuum the lobby at 7am, could hear clearly from my room on the same floor. Could hear talking and general room noise between rooms. Arrived 20 mins before check in but had to wait, which is fair but I’m not sure that 20 mins really mattered as they inspected the rooms? Also construction dust all over towel rack. If you need a cheap place for the night and sleep soundly no reason to not book it.

Pros: - Very close to WWU, Whole Foods, Fred Meyers, and plenty of other services. - Queen bed was comfy - Quick and easy check-in and check-out - Wifi - several electrical and USB-C outlets - mini-fridge and microwave Cons: - bed pillows are small and flatten quickly. There were 4 so that helped me enjoy my overnight stay better. - bath towels are quite small. I'm 5'2" and was surprised by the short length.

You definitely get what you pay for with this property. Reception staff are welcoming and friendly. The property needs revamping, very retro 80s/90s. The breakfast will suffice, filled the morning void. The room was clean and comfortable but very basic. No iron/board, no coffee maker or tea etc...in room. Convenient location, if you stay here, make sure to secure a room on the opposite side of the freeway or guaranteed you will not have a good night's sleep.

We Came to Bellingham for a concert. All 3 in my party stayed at Guest house. We were treated great. All enjoyed our stay and it was very clean. The housekeeping checked with me about an hour prior to check out if there was "Anything Else" needed. I replied "No thank you" it was a nice touch to end our stay. Also a great coffee shop is located in the same parking area. I recommend this place to anyone interested.

Mistakenly booked a King bed room without a sofa sleeper for our preteen. Asked to be upgraded to a larger room to accommodate (and to pay for the upgrade, of course) and we were moved to the Executive Suite with a King bed and a sofa. They failed to mention that the “sofa” was a couch and did not open to a bed. Had to go down for bedding late in the evening; worked for a night but wasn’t what we wanted or thought we were getting.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel grounds had a lot of trash and the dog area was filled with poop..... but there was no place to dump it when I picked my dogs poop up. Overall a good hotel.

We did not double charge you Mark, as explained over the phone, we first authorized 25.00 for the pet fee and then we processed that amount during your departure one day later, authorization was released and it will show on your account in one to two weeks.:)

Heating/AC unit in the room was so loud that I had to wear earplugs to get to sleep; rooms weren't well cleaned (green toothpaste on the wall by sink, floor unmopped, night able had brown crusty dots of who-knows-what stck to it, and microwave door was dirty), several lights and electric outlets didn't work; and there was no coffee maker in the room.
