The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to make some changes without complications. Liked the lobby and stairway to the second floor. Room showed some aging and needed some repairs (example: drawers kept opening and one was taped shut).

Inacceptable noise level from highway due to inappropriate windows - expect bad nights if you stay. After bad night: Warm breakfast option chosen but no eggs, no bagels, no ketchup offered. Customer disappointed - management did not care.

I was very disappointed in this Best Western Plus. Although it appeared clean at first glance, when we lifted the double shade in the window, the corners on the window sill had a large amount of black mold growing there. It was disgusting!

Building and interior was a little dated but the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine, typical hot food and good selection of items. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Our experience from check in to check out was exceptionally amazing. Greeted and checked in by Mr TC, the lobby was welcoming, the room was clean, the location very easy access to highway and side roads, the room cleaning service was thorough, the breakfasts on both days was warm, tasteful and prepared on time. Checkout was equally pleasant (again with Mr Tc and Ms May) I would stay here again without question!

Great stay
Wonderful stay. Clean room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good breakfast with a new coffee machine that even has lattes and cappuccinos. The only complaint would be that's it right off I-35. We heard traffic all night but we ran the fan and it wasn't too loud to keep us from sleeping.

The staff was great the room was not very cold and was missing a hair dryer. The drawers on the dresser kept coming open and the closet mirror door would t stay shut. Wasn’t an awful place to stay just need to fix some things

Our night in Waco
We stayed on the 3rd floor. There was a very unusual smell....musty. Very outdated. It took forever for our room to cool down. The sheets were not soft, they felt like paper. The people were all very nice. We will try a different hotel next time.

The room was clean. Would like better light in bathroom so when applying makeup you can see better. The floor lamp was broken at the base. The blackout curtain was torn and repaired with duct tape. However, the bee was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The hotel is nice for the price. My only complaint is that the room had a bad odor. I think one of the problems was the old AC unit needed to be cleaned out. I would stay there again and take some room freshener.
