great experience...would recommend this hotel to anyone. I do not travel to Waco very often and had to attend a funeral this summer and was not in great mind when booking rooms therefore I had to add another room last minute and the front desk was so kind to help me out and not only get me another room but make it conjoining for me. When we arrived my service was the same service I received over the phone...excellent. No problems what so ever. Even though we did not stay for a joyful occasion the staff made our stay so pleasant.
