The view was spectacular! The staff was friendly, professional, and beyond competent. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent in the restaurant. We had a wonderful stay at the Edgewater Hotel!

Was a beautiful place to stay. Valet was kind of frustrating, wish there was the option to park your own car. In-room dining was also frustrating, but the men who delivered my room service were very very nice. Probably the nicest ones out of my whole stay. I would stay here again just because of the view.

The hotel is absolutely lovely. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The lobby and lounge were cozy and their floor to ceiling windows offered incredible views. My husband enjoyed the complimentary record players and awesome album collection. The coffee shop was a great first stop each morning offering nice cappuccinos. The rooms are well decorated and offer wonderful amenities, including a cozy fireplace. My only complaint from our stay was the train crossing across from the hotel. Trains came past all through the night and the dinging from the crossing was too loud for me and my husband since we are both light sleepers. I will definitely stay on the water side next time.

I booked the room for my daughter and son-in-law for a date night. They loved the hotel and experience. However, the restaurant on site was veey expensive for the quality of the food.

Fireplace did not work and had maintenance come and fix. The next day, it did it work again. Everything else was wonderful!

I had an amazing time. A hotel on the water is so peaceful and the view is everything. What I didn’t like it the balcony was not clean…. That seagul poop and spider webs on the railing. The Insta view and pics amazing just gonna photoshop the ick out

Loved this place. Staying on the water and hearing the ducks and other Northwestern water birds was lovely. You can check out guitars, record players and use a guitar hero/karaoke room. They had a fitness center too. The bar served delicious drinks and the restaurant had excellent food. Only thing I didn’t like was there were no vending machines where you could just get a cheap water or soda. In fact you are kinda isolated to from any cheap markets. Belltown Market is an uphill walk about 3-4 blocks up but we never made it. We did find $1 waters at a vintage shop along the water front. Very cool stuff in there.

Quaint and unique music-based property with lots of history, rustic rooms with very cool fireplace/heater feature. The “over water” window was fantastic and calm. The bar and food options were great and love music a nice benefit, as well as the record player you can borrow.

The water view is fantastic. A fireplace in the bedroom so nice! And clawfoot soaking tub very nice. Lovely and quiet. Enjoyed the seagulls too.

The ocean is outside our window! Watching the sun, go down and come up. Listening to the birds outside the window in the morning. The reflection of the lights from the city on the water the birds out in the morning.

We did have an issue with a bed in the first room being uncomfortable and in need of replacement. The staff were great an moved us into a different room and resolved the issue for us. We love the location and the in-house restaurant was excellent!
