Great hotel to adults stay, room it’s really good and clean, excellent food in the breakfast and lunch, because they were overbooked we couldn’t have extra pillows, they also should put an valet parking to pick the car at the hotel lobby, I needed walk a quarter mile to parking my car at the proper parking and at night it’s dangers because of many homeless around. I would stay there again but without my kids . The staff it’s really kind and fast to fixing any problems.

Very good location, although, the cleanness and the hotel maintenance were very disappointing in a general way. I found pieces and stains of soap in the shower area. The glasses of the shower were very dirty. I found holes in the bed sheets. The pool was disgusting. The water is very dirty, seems like they never changed it or treat it. I do not recommend this hotel.

This place is a great find. The price is unbeatable. Rooms are spacious so it the bathroom & shower. Staff is very nice & helpful. Rooftop pool fabulous. Location perfect. Sure the hotel is older and showing just a little wear. Would stay there again

First time family visit in Brazil-Second hotel
This hotel has great potential and may have been a wonderful place to stay in the 1900's. My stay was less than great. I had a room on the 8th floor, my window didn't close fully so I could hear every noise throughout the entire night, the bikes, buses, cars, bottles, people, you name it. It was so bad, I checked out the next morning and lost the additional night. We didn't feel safe in the area and the lack of sleep was a recipe for disaster. The service at check-in was okay but I wouldn't recommend unless you are short on cash and need a place to stay awake at throughout the night because you will get ZERO sleep!!

The hotel was close to the beaches and restaurants. I love the staff as they were always helpful. I was going with a friend and they were called into work so was not able to come. They had the two beds I needed but once I got there and told them what happened they changed the room to one bed to make me comfortable. I love the hotel grounds as well. The food in the area was a bit experience but it was good.

It was a quick stay, but I enjoyed the bed and the facilities. Breakfast was amazing with two waiter serving you to protect from coronavirus. We missed to know some information like: where is breakfast, time for breakfast, reception number under than that, it was everything amazing. Very gentleman and receptive the receptionist “Celio” I guess his name. I’m definitely coming back again.

Staff were nice and helpful. Room was dirty, i had to use my alcohol wipes to clean benches and bedside tables before I could put anything on them. On second day our bed wasn't really made and hair from bathroom floor not cleaned, it literally looked like someone just came in to change our towels and not much else. Understandably room was noisy given the location, however the windows were quite old and not sealed well, making it worse. Won't be staying again.

At check in they asked 50 BRL for adding a second occupant when it’s only 15 BRL more according to Expedia. I decided not to pay the extra and stayed at another nearby property.

Well located and good value
Hotel walking distance to bus station and museums. Staff very friendly and adequate english. Good breakfast selection, pretty standard fare for Brasil. Room basic but clean and comfortable. Some small restaurants around and safe area.

O hotel é bem localizado e os funcionários, em dia maioria são bem prestativos e gentis. Os quartos econômicos são bem barulhentos à noite pois na janela foram instalados evaporadores de ar condicionado. O barulho é insalubre e dificilmente vai deixar você dormir sossegado.

Possuem selo de acessibilidade na recepção sem ser
Infelizmente não foi das melhores experiencias. A única coisa que salvou foi o conforto do quarto e o quão prestativo o segurança que estava na noite do dia 01/01/24 foi. 1) Na recepção há um adesivo de acessibilidade e não existe acessibilidade nenhuma no hotel; 2) A recepção me mandou para um quarto que já estava ocupado, por sorte quem abriu foi o segurança que estava me auxiliando, mas imagine o susto de qm ja estava no quarto visto que cheguei quase 00h do dia 02/01. 3) Por estar com mobilidade reduzida e estar viajando sozinha, e o acesso ao restaurante ser atraves de uma escadaria, me cobraram o serviço de quarto quando eu solicitei a gentileza de me levarem o cafe da manhã no quarto. 4) Na hora do check out critiquei a presença do adesivo de acessibilidade e que eles deveriam retirar, inventaram uma desculpa la e nada fizeram.. Enfim, para mim as unicas pessoas preparadas, com empatia e que foram prestativas no hotel foram os seguranças, que me auxiliaram em todo o processo de entrada no hotel até me auxiliarem a chegar ao quarto, quanto na saida.

Hotel bom para turistas
A boa localização turística é o ponto forte e conhecido do hotel. Mas outras características como bom atendimento, boas refeições e apoio logístico merecem ser mencionadas. O único defeito que percebi foi o cartão que abre a porta do apartamento (eram entre 5 e umas 30 tentativas até conseguir abrir a porta)

Sem estacionamento próprio, estacionamento caro.
Houve custo extra considerável pelo estacionamento, algo que não fica claro na propaganda do hotel. Aos domingos a rua de frente do hotel fica tomada por veículos de feirantes, o que dificulta ao acesso ao hotel. A entrada do hotel é somente por escada, o que dificulta o acesso com malas mais pesadas ou pessoas que dependem de acessibilidade ao prédio. Café da manhã padrão, sem variações.

No geral todo o Staff é excelente, todos muito educados e prestativos! Só teve algo que eu não gostei, pedi na cozinha que um ingrediente de uma porção fosse trocado, o queijo frescal por batata frita, porque eu sou intolerante a lactose, e isso foi prontamente recusado! Eu entendo que a substituição não deve ser tão simples assim, mas era uma necessidade, e seria um gentileza...
