Frustração.
Ao chegar ao PrimeSuites, embora tenha ido de táxi e estivesse com bagagem fui recebido com desconfiança pelo suposto proprietário ou gerente. Mesmo apresentando confirmação de reserva realizada pelo aplicativo, o mesmo disse não reconhecer a reserva e que não tinha sido avisado pelo Hotéis.com. Me alocou em outro quarto, que embora tivesse ar condicionado se precisasse utilizar teria que pagar taxa extra. Me foi cobrado uma taxa extra de 5% a + porque queriam o pagamento a vista ou por transferência bancária sendo que no site diz aceitar cartões de crédito. Por fim, tive que realizar uma ficha cadastral que mais me pareceu um interrogatório. Resta saber se não devo recomendar o aplicativo ou o hotel. Não foi nada agradável chegar ao meu destino pra descanso e quase ficar sem estadia.

Não chegamos a dormir ,pois o quarto nem ar tinha,o preço muito alto comparando com outros hoteis de melhor qualidade. Pagamos a mesma diaria que pagamos neste e ainda ganhamos café da manhã e o quarto tinha ar condicionado e piscina . Ficamos de cara com o Prime Hotéis.
