“Platinum experience in BH”

Staff at reception were very cordial. The breakfast was delicious every day and meals at the restaurant were good. Easy to check-in and fast to check-out and the reception team was also willing to help me sort out some of my flight issues. The hotel is in a great location - 1/2 block away from a shopping mall, with a taxi rank right there... Bathroom comfortable with excellent shower heads. Large comfy beds too. I will definitely stay here every time I travel to Belo Horizonte for work.

“Fine place for business travelers”

Free internet - works fine. Exercise machines are 2 treadmills with very basic functionality - no way to change the slope, just the speed on a flat belt. Quite a few weight-training machines and free weights available. Breakfast was fine (nothing extraordinary). A good selection of TV channels for international travelers. Good location. I also liked the free coffee machine in the lobby (no in-room coffee machines). The rooms are a bit older and felt a bit stuffy.
