“Great spot.. walking distance to downtown Bend”

I went to Bend on business, and normally look for cheap motels near wherever the meetings take place... I happened across Bend Riverside Inn and Suites on-line and thought I would give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff, the appointments and amenities of the room, the full kitchen, the view of the river, etc. The gated entrance to the parking lot helped me feel safe when coming back in the evening. The bed was very comfortable, and the sounds of the river right outside lulled me to sleep quickly. After my meetings were over, and back at the hotel, I was only a 10 minute walk from Downtown Bend with plenty of shopping and bars/pubs/restaurants. I happened to be there over Oktoberfest which was fun to experience. If I have any complaints it would be the shower. The first morning I ran out of hot water after only about 10minutes... bummer... Beyond that, everything was great.

“Really is "riverside"”

Excellant location at north end of Bend's fascinating downtown. Worth the extra dollars to have a room with a balcony overlooking the river, which also has a complete kitchen and full sized refrigerator. Great for extended stay, though Bend has some good restuarants too. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.

“What an awesome find!”

The Bend River Hotel was a great bargin! The hotel is located right off the freeway and is really close to the downtown area with lots of shops and resturants. We stayed in one of the rooms on the river. It was really nice. The rooms are a little outdated but we had a full kitchen, fire place and a great view of the river for a bargin price. I would definately stay there again.

“Will be back!”

This is the second time I have stayed at the Bend Riverside Motel Suites and will stay again when I return to Bend. My party of five found the suite accommodations and the location on the river fantastic.

It was very special the view was extrmly wonderfull . The room was also,And it was very clean.nice and quite,a real peace about it.

“I do like the hotel”

No traffic noise, just the river on the other side of your sliding glass door. Has a nice fireplace. The staff was helpful with directions. Will stay here again.

“Will definitely return”

This hotel is right along the river next to a beautiful park and river pathway. Room was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Staff were all very friendly and quick to assist. We had a mnor problem with some outlets initially. Called the from desk and problem dealt with immediately. the room had a bit of an eigthies feel to the decor. The sliding doors on the large clothes closet tended to stick so we just left it open. not a big deal though.

“Nice hotel; I'd go again.”

Our suite opened out to the river, as advertised, so we were treated to the lovely and relaxing sound through the night. The suite had a room with a queen bed and a Murphy bed in the "main" area; my wife and I slept in the Murphy which, as it turned out, was a big mistake because the mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable (our only complaint). However, our two daughters were very comfortable in the queen bed. The suite is somewhat dated but very comfortable and clean. Our only advice would be to replace the Murphy with a king or queen-sized bed, or at least replace the mattress - we would certainly stay there again if that was done.

“Good place to stay”

We stayed in a large ground floor unit right on the river. The unit had a fireplace and kitchenette. The unit was dated but clean and in good repair. The price was right, the hotel location couldn't be better (2 blocks from downtown and right on the river with no traffic noise from the highway). I would stay there again.

“Nice Location”

I enjoyed being next to the city park in Bend. The office had a computer which was for the guests to use. The office people were friendly and very helpful. The only drawbacks were no elevators and I could here the people moving around at night in the room above mine. However, it was a nice inexpensive motel.
