“Don't give them your business”

Had reservation booked payed for and confirmed just like we've done many times. Showed up and the staff member said we still had to pay (not just for incidentals but pay for the room). We gave him a credit card, he came back a few minutes later said it didn't work, shut the window and walked away!! We would have found alternate payment for the room but he clearly did not want our business. Rude and unhelpful night worker 4/23/10.
