Great place for a good value!Posted Jul 7, 2014
We enjoyed our 4th of July weekend at this reasonably priced, yet accommodating and welcoming hotel. We had a seamless and speedy checkin, detailed briefing of amenities, and the decor taste/inviting. The only room for improvement I would suggest is to possibly give the pet friendly rooms more of a look over for cleanliness. There were many cobwebs and dead bugs in the corners/vents in the hallways and inner entry. Our room also had a bit of a pet urine odor initially, but seemed to be less noticeable when the AC was on. Plus, we spent little time in our room, so it wasn't intolerable. I haven't had that kind of problem at other pet friendly hotels, so perhaps more frequent carpet cleaning would be a quick fix. Overall great stay, great value, only the above two small concerns.

Super cleanPosted Jun 2, 2014
Rooms were very clean and attractively furnished. Four-poster bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is open 24hours so we were able to swim at 11:00, that was nice after our long drive.

Great stay.Posted May 27, 2014
It was clean with no smell at all. After our ladt stay at edgewater inns with first a room with bathroom smell then a room with perfumed smell, this was like fabulous to me! Staff were friendly, esp. The lady that helped everybody with breakfast even after 9! She was wonderful! Took great care of everybody. Breakfast was beyond expectation for a "complimentary" one. Ony 4 star for facily because pool is too cold to me and our downstairs leaked when we used the bathtub. 4 star for comfort because i wished there were 4 chairs (instead of 2) so we can all sit for dinner at the table.

Creatively decorated hotelPosted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: Creative decoration. Amiable atmosphere.
This hotel is very special in the decoration of its public space, both inside and outside. If you stay in Prineville, worthwhile to check it out. I have stayed in many many hotels in the States, and this one clearly "says" the owner cares for how the hotel looks and has spent much time, creative thoughts and money in making it stand out.
