Great Central Location

Pros: Clean lobby, dining area, bedroom, bath area. Very cordial staff.
Cons: I wish the price was lower. For what we received, I found it a bit on the high side.
Location: We came to the area to attend 2 quilt shows. The hotel proved to be centrally located for them (Redmond and Sisters, Oregon).
Able to make last minute reservation for 3 nights. Turned out to be a lucky thing. Very friendly staff, very clean hotel, great breakfast amenities. Though room was on the small side, it worked for the 3 of us. Parking also easy and convenient. Hope to be able to stay here again.

Pros: Great location and people.
Cons: Newspaper service would be nice.
Location: The location is about 3/4 of a mile from downtown. It is even closer to river. Golfing is within a couple miles and easy drive.
The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the river, downtown, and many breweries. The employees we encountered were either very pleasant and helpful or they were busy doing their job. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night to avoid a long drive home in the dark. Room was a bit cramped for a double queen but the high ceilings helped the space feel larger. The colors were bright and cheery and the room was very neat and tidy. Overall not a bad place to stay in a pinch. We didn't use the pool because it was so late but with 4 kids we always try to get a hotel that has one. As we walked by on the way to our room, I noticed that the pool was rather small anyways so I didn't feel that the kids were missing much anyway. Other than that...friendly staff, decent breakfast and updated decor.

Always a good experience. Wish they a Bar. Close enough walk ro down town, provided the weather is good.

Center of Beautiful Bend Oregon

Pros: Bed! Bathroom. Quietness. Location.
Cons: Chair in room. Maybe a bit too much ambient light from the bathroom nightlights.
Location: Bend is beautiful, with many natural attractions nearby. The Cascades and the many mountain peaks are but a short drive away.
This clean and easy to find motel is located right off of Highway 97 and only a short walk or 30 second drive to downtown eating establishments. The room was clean and the quiet. Couldn't hear my neighbors. Breakfast was good and "gratis", albeit standard motel traveler fare. The bed was comfortable and this is coming from someone that generally hates the first night in a hotel bed. Bath facilities were very nice. Only ding was the chair and ottoman could have been more spacious for my large frame. Staff were kind and helpful. We had to vacate early related to an illness and they gladly refunded the unused nights. We look forward to coming back

Good stay

Good location close to downtown so restaurants and local shopping nearby. The only concern was when I arrived - the hotel did not have my reservation from hotels.com in their computer system- they also checked printed lists. Thankfully they had a room and honored the price - I had my confirm email And logged into hotels.com to pull up my reservation. This makes me nervous however I have never had this happen before when using hotels.com - want to bring it to your attention so both this booking agent and Fairfield can figure out what happened. Will stay at hotel again when traveling on business,
