“Will DEFINITELY go back!”

Management was MOST accomodating in making sure we were on the same floor as my mother. SO much so that they upgraded us AT NO EXTRA CHARGE to a suite for BOTH parites! I was MOST impressed and will definitely go back! Very clean, wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff!

“Clean, comfortable, close”

I decided last minute to take a trip to Bend, a city I am not familiar with, and blindly booked on Expedia. Great find! It was five minutes from the heart of downtown just off the highway and very close to good shopping. I didn't have high expectations, but I got a clean, comfortable room in a nice property. I always expect breakfast to be terrible at hotels, and they usually don't disappoint, but the breakfast here was very good! The pool and hottub were clean, and the staff was friendly. A good value for the money, good for families and although it wasn't right downtown, it was convenient to get to anywhere you would want to go.

“Holiday Inn Express”

Our room didn't have a fan in the bathroom. With 2 adults and 2 children in the room it wasn't what we were expecting.

“handicapped room”

I was a late arrival and placed in the handicapped room. The room felt too antiseptic and it did not feel comfortable. It felt more like a hospital room than a private hotel room.
