Not the bestPosted Jul 21, 2014
Cons: Most everything.
Location: At least it is very close to the Mill District.
We waited too long to get a reservation at Bend and ended up here. An old place, to say the least. However, it was fairly clean, needs a gigantic upgrade. But heh - at least we were in Bend!

Just a place to sleep for two nights.Posted Jul 3, 2014
Location: Easy to find. Good location with food etc. nearby.
The managers were friendly, but didn't speak very good English. The room was quite small, but clean and recently painted. An old, cheap, no frills place to stay. There was apparently a "long term" renter living in the room next to us who never turned the TV off...

Never againPosted Oct 24, 2013
This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I almost left after I saw the room. I froze cause all that was on the bed was dirty sheets and a paper thin comforter. I went to the office and asked for clean sheets and I had to wait while she pulled some out of the laundry room. Never will I stay there again!

Cons: Clean the rooms....speek English
Location: The area is nice
My wife went into it and backed out. I went into it and she was right. Smelled like B.O. we cancilled the reservation, but Bend was booked up. We ended up having to stay in a $170 a night room. A real BAD experiance.

Low end motel in nice location. Convenient locatioPosted Jul 21, 2013
Pros: Location and rate.
Location: Bend downtown and Mill very close
Manager was away and replacement was slow and had trouble with. Computer. Not sure I was billed correctly? The rooms were clean and tidy but old and simple.

Possibly Worst Motel in BendPosted Jun 1, 2011
I should have known better than to pay up front without knowing the name of the hotel. We booked for two nights and stayed only one because we could not find any other options after trying for 2 hours. I gladly gave up the lost money to check into a decent hotel for the second nite. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
