“Will come back”

Very good service from check-in to check-out and definitely one of the nicest shilo we stayed at. The room decor has aged a little bit but they're kept very clean. If you can, ask for room in the 300 or 400 building they all have views on the river.

“cant get better for the price”

I travel a lot and have to say that this hotel had the best free breakfast that I've had at a hotel period. The room was huge and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms could use a little updating but were still very functional. I will definitely stay there again, can't beat the price for what you get.

Everyone at the hotel was very freindly. The service that was given was also done in a very timely manner. I would stay at this location again any time.

The hotel was nice and fairly clean, although we found pretzels in the room that weren't ours. The staff were very friendly and the room was nice and compfy. I would recommend a room by the river.

“Great hotel for the money”

Staff was wonderful. They let me check in early. The breakfast buffet was understaffed, but it didn't actually cause any issues.

“Relaxing”

They did not have our booking for the room when we got there, but we had no problem with that the girl at the front desk was very helpful & had another room for us that was rite next to the river. It was wonderful, clean, & comfortable. The breakfast was a full continental & polite staff to serve you. I have never been to a hotel & felt that every penny was worth it. This one was. The pool was very nice with two hot tubs both of them working. As for construction we did not hear a thing.

“River view and a fireplace!”

Upon arrival the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. They made me feel welcome in a sincere way. Information on the hotel and directions to my room were clear and sufficient. The room itself was quite large with a gas fireplace and balcony overlooking the river. Everything was clean and neat and the assortment of toiletries was more extensive than normal. I ordered room service which took awhile to get through to, but once I did the food arrived quickly. The quality was very good and substantial. Prices were quite reasonable. I actually wished I could stay another night!

“Best in Bend!”

We were delighted with the room, the hotel layout (lots of lush greenery beautifully maintained), the breakfast buffet, and the pool. The fitness center was minimal (two treadmills and a universal gym) and shower/changing rooms for the pool would not have accommodated more than one family at a time, but we did enjoy the pool and spa pools. We were lucky enough to hit the timing just right, so we got all this for just a couple of dollars more than much lesser hotels in the area. We will definitely check the Shilo Inn first for our next trip.

“Beautiful Bend Hotel on the Deschutes River”

Our family had the best stay at the Shilo Inn in Bend, Oregon this past Mother's Day weekend. Our suite room was right on the river, where we saw deer and geese with their goslings. Also, loved the gas fireplace in our room and the lovely deck. The hotel staff was wonderful and we will be back again in the future.

We stayed in 10 hotels in 10 days on our recent trip. This was by far the best. Very clean, spacious rooms, great staff.
