Nice hotel...very convenientPosted Aug 25, 2014
Sugarloaf Mt. Motel was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and nice. The location was excellent for walking to restaurants and some shopping. It was conveniently located near Hwy 97 and Hwy 20.

Ok but needs improvementPosted Aug 22, 2014
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The lighting was inadequate and we were unable to read while in bed or at the table in the room. Basic details not completed such as an electrical outlet with out a cover.

Our worst nightmarePosted Aug 20, 2014
From the time we checked in it was bad. Room not ready, no towels when we got in, bed had spiders in it and the carpet was very dirty. I really noticed how dirty it was when I got in the shower, after going barefoot in the room, and the dirt mixed with the water in the tub and I thought I was bleeding out of my feet. Then I noticed it was black and not red. Very, Very, Very dirty carpet. I started looking closely at the carpet and then I could see grime standing on the carpet next to the wall. The health department should condemn this place.

Fair price, good locationPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Location, air conditioner worked very well. I didn't use outdoor pool. Complimentary paper.
Location: Dining, biking, hiking, beer tasting, shopping......
Just returning from klamath falls on way to Seattle area and looking for a convenient and reasonably priced place to stay. The accommodations are close to restaurants and biking distance to old town. Hotel was fairly clean and offered a limited breakfast.

Good place to stay in BendPosted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: The proximity to our event, the helpful staff, and the cleanliness of our room
Cons: The stairwells and walkways were not clean.
Location: The Sugarloaf Mt. Motel is an easy drive to downtown and we had no trouble finding our way around.
We were attending a wedding and needed an inexpensive motel. I was pleased with the Sugarloaf Mt. Motel's easy access. Our room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was adequate. The staff was helpful. We would stay there again.

You get what you pay for.Posted Aug 11, 2014
We were in town for a 5:00pm wedding. Check in was 4pm. I called in the morning to request early check in. When we got to our room we were anxious to shower and get ready. No iron. No iron board. Missing bath towels. Had to track down housekeeping. Then told they had no more towels we would have to wait. If a room is ready for check in IT SHOULD BE READY! Will not be back. Room felt dirty.

easy to findPosted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: price and location
Cons: the breakfast. although the dinning area is very clean and modern, the food was not that great. I will go out to eat rather than eat here.
Room was clean, room could have used a new mattress. lumpy. I stayed here twice in 2 weeks and would stay again. good price for getting some sleep. would not stay here if i was spending a week in Bend.
