Lots of hallway noise and noisy heating unit. Makes vibrating sound before it starts up. Was a cold night so unit was off/ on a lot. Bathroom sink hung very low. I'm 6 ft and felt like I had to bend way over to wash my hands. Room otherwise very clean. Worth the price

Pros: pool and spa
Cons: use salt instead of chlorine in pool and spa
Location: near to everything
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. the room was clean and comfortable. and has a spa which is a big plus

the other guests in the hotel were ridiculously loud throughout the night. No sleep from midnight to about 4 am

Good place to stay for the money

The room was clean, a little outdated, but nice. I stayed for three days and my room, towels, soap, everything was replaced and clean. I would recommend Super 8 to anyone traveling to Bend that does not want to pay a lot for their stay. They had a nice continental breakfast from 6-9 am.

disappointing

Requested queen, non-smoking for one. Given room at complete opposite end of office (I'm a senior). ROOM ONE: Opened door, smelled smoke, light on, and window open. Walked all the way back (with my bag). ROOM TWO: Newer tTV (flat screen, HD)....but it didn't work. Clerk panicked that I used the bathroom, which I didn't. ROOM THREE: Old, old, OLD TV. Thought I might have been given a very nice room after all this....but no. So disappointing. Will NOT be returning.

My staff has always been very accommodating and quick to help our guests with the operations of our brand new 32" flat screen televisions, as well as accommodating such requests as our "first floor close to the lobby" when our guest specifically announce this as necessary. I have personally spoken to my staff to insure this issue never happens again. I would love to speak with you personally to encourage future stays with us here at the Super 8 in Bend, Oregon

Pleasantly surprised! The hot tub and swimming pool is inside the building and you do not have to go out and get cold.
