“WARM SHOWER”

It took a long time for the shower water to warm up. Early in the day it was hot; but later in the evening, it never got hot.

“Value”

This hotel served its purpose for a decent price. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with decent water pressure. I would have like to have had an espresso shop and more restaurant/lounge options adjacent to the hotel.

“Great deal”

Very nice room, comfortable bed, very clean. Indoor pool, wish I'd brought my swim suit. Breakfast was just ok, basic stuff. I'd definitely stay again.

“will not stay there again”

Customer service very poor _ especially at front counter. Hotel not clean, mattresses very old and uncomfortable and ammenties in disrepair and a hazard.

“Didn't like the train”

Room was great & staff friendly. However, it is very close to the train track and we heard the train several times during the night. That part wasn't so pleasant.

“Very close to Expo Center”

This hotel is very close to the Deschutes Expo Center and to nearby restaurants. The room was very basic but had all the necesseties. I enjoyed it being so conveniently located to the Expo Center. The continental breakfast was very good. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

“Easy Stay”

This is a reasonably prices motel in Redmond, Oregon. Not a lot of flair, but if you just need a bed and shower, it the place to stay.
