basic hotel, you get what you pay for. Nothing to complain about, it met my needs. Clean, safe and nice employees .

Visiting family in area

Pros: Price
Cons: Needs an update: Carpets replaced or shampooed, drapes replaced, pool/hot tub not very clean, over-powering room spray scent. Very tired facility.
Check in staff was very pleasant. Hotel doesn't have all the bells 'n whistles and definitely needs an update. Location is good (next to main highway and also airport). Curious as to where they find such small apples at the breakfast bar. Breakfast bar needs improvement....but then, you get what you pay for.

wonderful front desk staff!!! Really great! hotel needs a little updating (carpet cleaning) but other than that it was a comfortable stay!

Bring air fresher

Pros: It was easy to find. The pool and spa area was kept very clean.
Cons: Rooms need to be aired out.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Needed to open the window and go get air freshness as soon as we arrived.

Reception asked for 2 DIFFERENT CREDIT CARDS!

I think when the reception ppl see that you book thru hotel.com they treat you differently. I have booked 8 in the past 3 months and have experienced that they give you their crappiest room. Room 200 had broken curtain rods the curtains don't close, iron burns on the paper thin carpet.no bags in the garbage cans, air conditioner and TV are outdated.

I want to first go ahead and thank you Traveller for your review and taking the time to let us know how your stay is. We do ask for a credit card at check in for incidentals. However, the first time you provided a credit card that was to the online booking website so we do not get that information. I will definitely have our Maintenance Department complete an inspection in room 200. Once again I apologize that your stay was not as SUPER as we would have hoped for it to be. We do hope you give us one more chance to make it better.

I loved my stay!

Pros: very clean and nice staff
Location: Very close to airport and resteraunts.
I had my dog with me, they were very nice to both of us. I even got a room right by the exit door so my doggie could go outside any time. Thanks

Pros: convenient, clean, nice breakfast and spa
Cons: Use salt instead of chlorine in your pool and spa
Location: lots of things to do
The staff is very pleasant and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Short visit

We stayed for a wrestling tournament in the area. We had a room on the 3rd floor this time and it was much quieter, until the train rolled by at 5:30 a.m. The refrigerator was much smaller and I wish it was on a table instead of on the floor, but it was very nice to have. It was a comfortable stay!
