Nice for quick stay

Beds were sooooo comfy!!! Shower pressure sucked! Breakfast not bad.

OK choice just for a less expensive night's stay

Pros: Low rates for "grandparents" visits with family. No room at their house for sleeping
Cons: It needs a thorough cleaning & upgrade- bedspread, curtains & towels. Room has overpowering "spray" smell. Pool/hot tub seem to be over-chlorinate
Location: Family & grandchildren live in town. They have no sleeping area for us. An inexpensive nights sleep.
It took 4 emails and at least 6 months to get drapes in room #101 fixed; it still does not look right. Top of curtain has come unsewn and will not accommodate the drapery hook. The mildewed wooden dowel for the window was replaced and window lower frame cleaned of mildew. Customers should not have to tell management that these things need to be done. They should be noticed by cleaning staff. I am guessing that housekeeping has few staff and they must hurry to get rooms ready by 2 pm check-in. Management needs to report problems to housekeeping for correction & thorough cleaning and checkup to see if it has been corrected rather than on the list. The only staff we come in contact with is the front desk and they have been very courteous & friendly. Staying here is adequate; nothing fancy and we stay as the price is reasonable for us. We stay in a pet room and this last visit the room had been sprayed with deodorant? Smelled bad & had to keep window open a little bit to air it out. Décor (bedspread/towels/drapes/art work) needs updating. Feel like corporate office just wants the money and room to stay the status quo. We know we "get" what we "pay" for...and request a pet room too.

Very close to Redmond, OR airport

Pros: Close to airport, pleasing rooms, great staff and nice breakfast
Cons: Nothing I can think of
Location: Airport, restaurants nearby
Staff is very kind and always turns the heat on in my room, as I have Graves Disease and can not stand the cold. They go beyond what is expected :-)

Nice hotel close to airport.

I live in Bend and had an early flight the next morning so spent the night at Super 8 because of the free shuttle. Very much appreciated.

Comfortable, reasonably priced accommodations

Pros: It had easy on/off access to the freeway, clean rooms and maid service. The staff were friendly.
Cons: With the window opened, it was loud with freeway and train noice. With window closed, the loud air conditioner woke us up alot.
Location: It was close to shopping and eateries.
The place provided my husband and I a comfortable stay, with the leisure of the pool and hot tub and a nice variety for a satisfying breakfast.

This place sucks! Avoid at all costs! sketcy staff, crappy room/bed, dirty, outdated.

Hotel was nice, had heard otherwise a long time ago, but decided to try it. Wifi wouldn't connect with my computer, not sure why

Super 8 was good, Hotels.Com was not

The hotel facilities and staff were some of the best compared to others in the chain. Hotels.Com did not have the reservation correct. Super 8 took care of the problem, We will not use Hotels.Com in the future.

gave us a key to a room with people in it and they were not happen when we came in there room then once we got to sleep called us at 11:00 and asked if someone was in the room had someone in it just as we got the kids to bed when we had a 5:00 am flight and had to get up at e 3:00

Staff was great. Only bad thing got a room on freeway side. I'll no better next year to ask for other side. :)
