Awesome!

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: I love that it had things you don't find in other hotels because they're just too cheap - French press coffee, homemade doggie biscuits, Goody's.
Cons: Maybe knife, wine glass, and small plates for those bringing their furry friend. Lots of take out so the experience is the room more often.
Location: Tons of outdoor activity. The downtown area is beautiful and there is food galore!
This hotel is unique and fantastic! The owner has nailed it!!

Nice hotel in Bend

Posted Apr 20, 2015
The place is nice. I wish the windows would open in the rooms to smell the clean mountain air. It also says complimentary valet parking on the door when you arrive- apparently it is only for hybrid vehicles- it doesn't say that though. It's not much, but who likesa surprise like that?

First Rate In Every Way

Pros: The staff. Amazing in every way.
Cons: Not one thing I can think of.
Location: Right in downtown Bend. Great restaurants.
Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is GENUINELY pleasant and courteous, and knowledgable. The concierge made dinner reservations at a terrific restaurant, Zydeco, just steps away. Not only would I recommend this hotel, I look forward to another opportunity to stay there again.

Bend stay

Posted Dec 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
everything was perfect except for the heating system that was so noisy I couldn't sleep, and that was noisy WITHOUT my hearing aids on. Also they should leave the soft pillow in the room instead of having to request it…the others are like stone!

Excellent choice in downtown Bend

Can't wait to go back to The Oxford. They are pet friendly and have great service. The room was large and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. Free laundry for guests. Location downtown was perfect with free self-parking.

The Oxford Hotel was recommended to us by friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Great room and loved the french press for rhe coffee. There were special touches such as the water when the car was brought to us. Alao loved the location. We will dedinitely return-maybe Remington will let us pet him next time!

A bit too haughty .. this is Bend

Posted Oct 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Used points as I consider the nightly price overpriced. This is Bend, not Hong Kong. Actually, for 30% less I can stay in an Intercontinental in Hong Kong in real, non-pretentious, luxury. Have lived in Bend for 20 years ... this is the Bend that non-Oregonians think they know. The real Bend ... we'll keep that a secret.
