Pros: New, clean, comfortable, tasteful
Cons: Toilet didn't flush completely, part of the green design.
Location: Downtown Bend, lots of bars, cafes, boutiques, etc. The river is a few blocks away.

Bad bedPosted Oct 6, 2013
Pros: Everything except bed
This hotel is awesome except for one thing- the horrible bed!! When we walked into the room I immediately knew there was going to be a problem. Just looking at the bed and the huge dips was a sign to me. I'm not sure if it's never been flipped or just needs replacing on a whole. It was like sleeping in a crater! I informed the front at check out and they said they would look into the problem. They apologized numerous times. We will be back but not to room 507! Hoping for a better sleep next time. Other then the bed- AWESOME HOTEL AND FOOD at restaurant 10 Below in basement. Great size rooms, amenities, quiet- perfect place to stay downtown!

Perfect locTionPosted Sep 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
The only thing they need is more staff to clean rooms. Our rooms were not made up until late, sometimes we would be back from our activities, and the room had not beem cleaned. The staff at the front were fabulous, everyone who helped with cars and luggage. Also, an excellent restaurant, and for those of us from the East it is great that they open early for breakfast. Wonderful oatmeal.

Nice hotel, great location, great staffPosted Sep 8, 2013
Pros: Staff and location
Location: Brew pubs in town and restaurants are good. Great hiking nearby, we liked Smith Rock State Park
Chose this hotel for the location in Bend. Staff really helpful. Very welcoming. Didn't dine in the restaurant but breakfast was good. Checking out front desk also gave us tips for the rest of our Oregon trip.

wonderful boutique hotelPosted Jul 26, 2013
Location: centrally located to downtown restaurants and shops. only 15 minutes drive to The High Desert Museum; and 10-15 minutes to The Old Mill District
well located in downtown Bend. convenient to all restaurants and shops. staff makes you feel welcome. beautifully decorated. self parking in garage next door is easy but confusing. check with hotel before paying for parking at garage. we totally enjoyed our experience at Oxford House.

Luxurious island in a charming townPosted Jul 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Oxford is on par with any large city boutique hotel. The setting in the charming, scenic town of Bend is a bonus! The staff was very helpful and professional and eager to please. The lobby and room was very stylish and impecably maintained. The 10 Below restaurant and bar was a very nice treat to have in-house ... and a lively atmosphere. I honestly can't think any suggestions for change or improvement.
