Your beds are horrible! !!! The most importain thing is the bed it was the hardest bed I have ever had in a hotel even a cheap hotel and the fold out bed was even worse .. we've stayed at lots of nice nice hotels well worth the money but not yours. . deffintly overpriced. . Sorry but we will never stay with you again feel totally screwed

A very pleasant hotel stay. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The bed was amazing! The hotel staff was exceptional. Our only regret was that we were only there for one night. We could have easily stayed a week.

Great Place to Stay

Fantastic rooms and great staff that helped me with info about moving. The only issue I had was that there was never really any place to sit for breakfast because it was a full small room.

Good Intentions, Bad Execution

Customer service was lacking - I had no TV remote and it took several attempts to get a working one. My room was not cleaned until after 5 PM. Also, the freezer was not set correctly and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Breakfast was nothing you couldn't buy in a supermarket. The only hot food possibilities were a waffle maker and a toaster... "free breakfast" definitely requires qualification.

it was great! staff was awesome and so helpful. I know that they were short staffed and it was a busy night at all the hotels. very clean, breakfast in the am. nice rooms. great pool. thanks! would stay again

they forgot the toilet paper

Generally fine hotel. Room was on the lower level. a little awkward. getting towels, toilet paper were unusually an issue.
