Not much satisfied service and stay

Stay was not good and comfortable due to poor service of hotel. Washrooms and WC are not properly cleaned. Less amount of light in the room and no variety in breakfast.

Though the breakfast and food quality was Good the room upkeep was poor. Water was leaking from the taps and there was no control of hot and cold water(If it was there it was not displayed or explained). The staff was well behaved and well mannered and supportive. The food cost is too high as compared to the quality of food. Mineral Water is charged at Rs.75.The wooden flooring was damaged at some places. The cupboard was not closing properly. No sandles were available in the room. Overall disappointing hotel.

Rundown old noisy smelly hotel

On check-in was given a very poor room with no hot water After complaint a better room was provided. Hotel undergoing refurbishment and was very noisy, should not be taking guests at all in this condition! Other guests in our group had constant issues with A/C & hot water. Persistent sewage smell in lobby and stairwell areas. Breakfast OK, no variety in western breakfast, sth indian breakfast generally good. Coffee average. Hotel should be shut down until reaches proper intl standard.

Avoid this hotel..... at all costs!

Pros: Hard to find one....
Cons: Toilet/ Bathroom
Location: Decent Location and Decent lobby area but the rooms are an absolute disaster.
Toilet/ Bathroom is very dirty and old with squeaks and tainted with yellow/ rust colour. Hot water is unavailable- it is simply lukewarm water. Each room has a balcony and it may have been ages since the hotel cleaning staff would have cared to go to the balcony, if they at all went there. Breakfast though complimentary, is a disaster. Could not even get boiled eggs for breakfast and rest food items looked stale and saggy. If you are not an Indian, and prefer normal continental breakfast, you will be extremely disappointed. Coffee and tea has a oily layer on top. Waiter at breakfast table does not know how to smile and was un-courteous. Same goes for one of the reception staff (lady) too. It seems that they didn't belong there and were forced to work there with no other option on them. Wifi is free but only one device will work at a time and if you have multiple devices with you or between you, then you have no choice but to operate only 1 device at a time.
