“Good location, decent hotel - not a breakfast buffet.”

This was an okay hotel. Our A/C did not work, but we ended up not really needing it as the fan worked and the weather was rather cool. The room was clean and spacious and located in a good location in Bangalore. Their definition of a Breakfast Buffet is not the same as what our definition is. We asked for the location and they told us they would bring it to our room, for us to go wait there. We went and waited for ~ 40 minutes then they brought us coffee, 5 minutes later toast, 5 minutes later a couple idlys with sumba and chutney. They advertised a breakfast buffet but this is not a buffet. The food was okay though. Other than the non-workin AC and no buffet this was an good hotel and the staff very friendly. I am sure they would have got the AC issue fixed, but we did not bother them with it since we didn't need it.

Somewhat old hotel, fairly clean No safe parking, watchman was very rude when asked to keep an eye on the car Reception staff not courteous Bathrooms could be cleaner

Hotel rooms look good in the pictures, but not so in reality. Broken and leaky bathroom fixtures that are put together by some one of the road. Dusty, and not a clean place. The lighting and AC did not work, just one plug point in the room. No restaurant in house, but there are plenty near by. The only plus point is free Wi-Fi access. I am glad I did not book and prepay for this hotel for my entire stay, just moved to another hotel after staying for the days I already paid for ( they would not give a refund for early checkout).
