Interesting. The check in was very slow, but i believe that was due to a parade of people walking by. Our driver had to wait for them to pass. Must have been thousands of them. Our room was quiet, but our children had very noisy neighbors at 4 a.m. Called the front desk and rec'd no help. The restaurant, Cosmos, was very good.

this hotel is ok, front desk staff don't know to much about the areas, was misinformed regarding a tour, buffet breakfast ok not to much of selections, door person are very nice, waiters at the bar are very nice, drivers or the transportation they use for guest, they driver very fast I will not book this hotel again

Very good value. Everything is new and it was clean. The staff was great. Only feedback was a lack of response to messages prior to booking but besides that we had a great experience overall.

The hotel was beautifully manicured and professionally maintained. Their included morning buffet was excellent as well as the lunch and dinner at a very reasonable cost. It was very easy to get transportation services, also, using their own drivers. Room service was very prompt, and the staff made me feel that they were genuinely happy to see me. Is everything perfect? No. Wi-fi was poor, and there were short-term electrical outages during the day (like, lasting only seconds at a time), which may have nothing to do with the establishment. Cellular service was decent and allowed for compensation for the WiFi at times. I considered these issues very minor, especially considering the price. I was so well taken care of in this hotel located on a guarded, large property, which included homes. "Retreat" is a great descriptor to include for this very clean accommodation. During the three nights I stayed, they hosed a number of large groups as well, so this seems to be a desired location for wedding celebrations and large gatherings. If I had brought a bathing suit, I probably would have borne the embarrassment of wearing one to enjoy their amazing-looking swimming pool, too.

Neat and clean. However, the bathroom was a bit dated. They advertise a lot of things around disinfection of rooms, which they don't actually do.

I would not recommend this hotel if you plan to stay close to airport. its 15 min from airport and no Uber or Ola cab will come to pick you up...you will have to book a taxi from the hotel that will cost you Rs. 1000/- which should actually cost Rs. 150 in an uber. The hotel is also have a feel like a motel and over priced...

There was no soap, shower gel, towels are old and thin. Room looked nice on a picture online, in reality paper walls are coming off, there was some screaming noise in the middle of the night. Online it said that airport shuttle is 600rs, the hotel said that it is a mistake, and the cost is 1000rs meanwhile it’s 9min ride and should cost no more than 250rs.

Overall stay was good, except for few hiccups initially which was sorted out by the staff. Staff is very courteous, the food is excellent here.

Our flight reached at 1:30 am and we checked into the hotel around 2:30 in the morning. The front desk clerk was very courteous even at the odd hours. The room was very clean and spacious. The only thing I felt was that the mattress was not that comfortable.

i booked the hotel through expedia on 21 st july 2019 for one night. Being an NRI i was flying back to USA 22nd early morning. 1. At the check in tine receptionist were rude as when they saw the cpl of friends who came to drop me at the airport when i fly back 2. I had bought alochol bottoles in duty free shop which was sealed and not opened. they didnt let me take them into my room which is a suprising. They said they dont allow outside alcahol. But they do have bar inside where they have sky rocketing price . For example .Chivas scotch bottle ( 12 yrs old ) 1 lit i think 12K INR & royal salute ( 12 yrs) 750 ML bottom for 50K INR ( $735) + vat+GST+ sales tax etc---:) 3. How come any room guest will not be allowed to carry bottoles with him into the room when checking 1st time. 4. I booked delux room and at the time of check in i upgraded the room to suite by paying another 4.5 K INR. Even at that time they didnt let us know about alochol policy. there are no Sign boards in the lobby or at the reception . 5. After 20 mins i asked them that we will check out and we dont want to stay there and asked to refund the amount paid for upgrade they said NO . 6. In the bathroom when i pulled a towel there was big lizard in the towel. 7.when they say no alochol then they should make it as alochol free campus with proper sign board or while booking the hotel. either expedia or hotel should display a message or about their all Unique polices.Its all cheating and fraud BECAREFUL

Isolated area. The approach road is through plotted area, which is not maintained. Restaurant had many flies. Room alloted for first day was very small, though a colleague booked through other portal got bigger room at same price. When I raised this issue, room was changed only next day.

They cancelled a booking that was already paid for stating it has serious legal and other problem. Further, they charged more than that was stated. It was my individual effort to get the booking transferred to another one with huge effort. The property where I transferred charged far less but was one star more in service! Appears to be a racket. Strongly advice to de-register from your listing

OK for one night, close to airport
Only used hotel as an overnight stay to get to airport. Facilities and food OK if you don't mind local cuisine. There was a private pool party on during the evening I stayed between 7pm and wound up about 9:30pm but when it was in full swing the music was really loud, everyone in the hotel who may have been trying to get some rest would have heard full blast Dance music which was annoying. Overall Hotel is a bit dated, rough around the edges but OK for one night, as a business traveler I wouldn't want to stay longer.

Great retreat from the busy city
We needed a place to spend our last day and 2 nights in Bangalore after a work trip. This was the perfect retreat from the busy city. Very close to airport, yet tucked away with a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful pool and nice amenities. Staff was also very friendly.

In my experience there are 3 types of hotels in India. 1. International Hotels with all the amenities you'd expect. Cookie cutter, but very comfortable. Insulated from the surrounding world. 2. Local bed and breakfasts that can be really charming and friendly. Definitely have the local feel. Services may be limited, but they make up for it with charm. 3. Local hotels that try to pass themselves off as fancy resorts or international hotels and totally fail and just deliver a bad experience. This is #3. Its not a good place to stay.

I arrived at 11:30 PM after a full day of travel. Unfortunately my room was not ready and the front desk personnel had to quickly find someone to prepare the room. I waited another 30 minutes before I could go to my room. The following morning I was called by the front desk at 9 AM and asked to check out immediately as the next guests had arrived and were waiting for their room. In addition, though Karnataka grows more coffee than any other state in India, the restaurant only serves instant coffee. We asked for brewed and they did make it for us, but it was luke warm at best.

Hotel is located close to airport, peaceful surrounding and simple room. Floor was dirty - meaning walking barefoot and my foot will catch gravel/sand and get dirty... Main disturbing thing for me was the cigarette smell in the room. The smell was on the bed and pillows and was very hard to sleep. They have no non-smoking rooms to their claim when I complained about it. I think it is OK hotel apart from cigarette smell but the value for money is not worth it. The room rate was $90 but I would rate as $50 hotel at most... One good thing is that internet was fast, it was down the whole morning once they fixed it - i was able to get 12Mb/per-sec...

Good business or transit hotel.
This is not really a location for a holiday, but a transit hotel well located for the airport or city in it's own grounds with good security. The rooms are well equiped & clean with a very comfortable bed. The public areas are well presented but I was a little disppointed in the menu in the restuarant, which has a vast number of choices but for some reason didn't insire me. We waited some time for our food despite there being only three people in the restaurant, however it wasn't a big problem. Staff are very courteous. Well recommended for business users or if in transit.
