Stayed here for a day and the location is close to the shopping markets. Food was good. Rooms & interiors are a bit old and outdated. Just ok for a day stay.

I was a little skeptical given the price, but I was actually quite pleased with my stay. If you're looking for a fairly budget hotel for a quick overnight stay (I was just on a layover), this place is a good bet.

Nothing SPL. there is no free WiFi facility and drinking water is restricted to 3 bottles per day . if suppose guest in need of water in mid night , may the hotel ask them to go out i think. and for all the hotel management telling the only reason that their tariff is comparatively less than other.

Ramada stay in Bangalore - 3 N/4D

Pros: Location and ease of approach. Well connected to rest of the city
Cons: Plenty - the Staff, trainings for Staff, Service Quality , Hospitality industry exposure, Proactive approach, refurbishment of rooms
Location: Visit to Cubbon park, vidhana soudha, walk down brigade road, commercial street shopping experience...
Although the hotel is conveniently located the standard/quality of service can be lot better It no-where matches up to the ROYAL ORCHID standards, the staff are not trained or responsive, Response from Staff for queries , proactive ness is very poor and It is surprising in spite of the competitive vicinity of good hotels in Infrantry and cunningham road They do not understand basic customer service, Well lots to improve here and plenty to learn,

Overall Good.. But Ramada B'lore needs boost..

I am always fond of staying in Ramada - its a value for money deal for me. The Ramada staff has always been on the better side. Only thing I was disappointed with were the bathroom size. My problem is I have stayed in better property of Ramada. You spoilt me guys!! 1 more- if you could change your check-in/check-out timings ...it will really help some1 like me who arrives early always.
