I have stayed in many hotels around the world but never experienced such friendliness or attentiveness as I received here. The staff learn your name, room number and breakfast beverage preferences very quickly making you feel like you are more than just a number. I had a very minor accident while out in the city and when the staff got to hear about it, they sent me some pastries to my room to make me feel better. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Bengaluru. Now if only Sheraton could replicate this at all their locations... A special shout out to Pem - she was amazing.

It is a very good hotel and loved our stay, but the staff was not really professional. We invited some friends to eat lunch with us. We were seated around 2:30pm but the food came at almost 5pm. there were lots of things in between. They didn't take our order properly etc etc. The service was horrible to say the least. We were all so hungry and waited more than 3 hours to get that food that we ordered. Food wasn't good at all, they charge enormously for that lousy food and service. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE to say the least. Just because of that i would like to go there again. Another annoying thing is the staff was really, really unprofessional, especially those ladies that serve. They don't know how to respect customers, they would comment and giggle on your back, which i felt very annoying and unprofessional. It is a good hotel but these things are not making us to go back again. A good hotel needs good service and respect for the customers which this hotel lacks royally.

Nice stay & food. Services can be improved.
Good Part: we were there for my father’s 65th birthday celebration. Great ambience and great food. Hotel provided complimentary surprise decoration and cake too. It was very nice. Bad Part: Though check-in time was 3pm. We reached there by 4pm and they kept us waiting until 5.30pm in the name of preparing the room. Secondly, the flush wasn’t working in bathroom. Had to call them thrice during a day for same issue, every time they would come and say it’s fixed but the issue kept reoccurring throughout the stay.

Utter waste of money. I do not auggeat staying at Sheraton Blr. I guess they do not do any good cleaning between the gueats. I landed late with a kid at night and hence had absolutely no option, but to spend a night. Plan was for 3 nights, but i checked out the very next day. Orsered inroom doning and the food came uncovered. Food is exorbitantly charged. During this panademic atleast they could have taken care of hygiene and cleanliness.

I booked the stay for a family member and their stay was excellent. I had some special requests and they were promptly taken care of before the family member checked into the Hotel. The staff is very helpful is will go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

Restaurant staff and food selection was excellent. All hotel staff went out out of their way to provide outstanding service, and I was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Bangalore.

The hotel location is very good and we could visit the iskon temple easily. We were upgraded to a suite and that was a bonus. The room was well appointed and comfortable and the staff were very helpful
