The hotel is very inexpensive but regardless of the price you should expect certain items at all hotels. Two items that Tea Pavilion does not provide, that I feel are mandatory, are toilet paper and hot water. Looking past those items, you will find a decent, low-budget hotel. On the plus side the air conditioning worked, the bed was hard but I slept well, the breakfasts were unknown local dishes but perfectly adequate, an English paper was provided each day and the TV had a good variety of English channels. On the negative side, the refrigerator smelled and had the leftovers of a previous guest still inside, there is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, the Internet connection was slow and sometimes unavailable and the English skills of the staff ranged from limited to none. Bottom Line: Despite the low cost, I would not stay here again.
