“Great Hotel-Would Highly Recommend”

Great hotel, very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good. We didn't swim in the pool, so I can't comment on that. Overall we were very happy. We went to Four Winds Casino the night before, and drove back to the hotel. It is minutes from the casino. The only thing they need, in my opinion, is pop machines on each floor. My wife wanted a Diet Pepsi, and there wasn't anywhere to get one. They do have a small store on the first floor, with a limited selection of pop. Great hotel, we will definately stay there again.

Four Winds Casino. Love the casino. It's huge. Tons of slots and different tables. The buffet was excellant. The staff there, was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun there. The only thing we don't like is the cigarette smoke. But, the ventilation there is very good. And they have slots there in a non-smoking room. We will definately go back to Four Winds Casino.

“Not enough employee's”

The Hotel staff was very friendly but went to make coffee and there was none in my room, went to the pool and their were no towels.. I called to front dest and they said I would have to wait because their were only too of them working.. They were understaffed for the 4th of July weekend... I had to wait for a towel and I was freezing... Not good,Then I went down for coffee in the morning and the thermas was empty,went looking for 10 minutes for someone to refill it...they should be prepared for the holidays.. And the hotel was booked solid... Their is no excuse for that...

“VERY NICE HOTEL”

was hoping for an early check-in. Housekeeping was alittle behind because they had been completely booked the night before. We were able to have our room right at 3, which was checkin time. So we really had no legitimate complaint. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

“Nice Weekend Getaway!”

My husband and I went to this facility for a short weekend getaway,it had everything we wanted and was close to the Four Winds Casino.

Very clean, friendly staff. The pool is very small, and so is the workout room. However, its great when the hotel is fairly empty.

“We would definately stay again”

Check in was fast and easy. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room, but it was a decent size. The king bed was comfortable and bed linens were nice. When I travel normally I don't eat the continental breakfast, but this was much better than most.

Area recommendations

Try to visit downtown New Buffalo it has cute shops and is located on Lake Michigan. We enjoyed walking down the beach and people watching.

“Great New Buffalo Hotel”

The hotel is right off 94 and minutes away from the beach and restaurants. It was cleaner than most Fairfields and I would definitely stay here again.

“This is the place to stay in New Buffalo”

This is a fabulous hotel located just minutes from Four Winds Casino and downtown New Buffalo. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle. This is a fairly new hotel and it shows. Free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast were great. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Dining

Casey's Bar & Grill is an excellent place for a great steak. The Bloody Mary's aren't bad either.
