Pool was closed. I like to use the pool and did not receive notification prior to arrival. Garbage cans outside the front of the building were full for my entire stay. Virtually no staff.

This is no frills room, just the necessities for overnight stay Little disappointed that linen looked very crumpled. Whoever made the bed did a poor job. Was afraid that the linen was never changed so put clean towels over them. The overall room was very clean, but bland in decor. Like I said no frills.

Great hotel. We had a nice room with couch and separate bed room. Parking was sketchy, but no big deal. I have to say the lobby coffee was the best hotel coffee i ever had. Staff was great. We will be back.

We were disappointed that the hot tub, seen in the property photos, had been concreted over and is no longer. The pool water was very cold. Large (king bed) hotel room, and it was fairly obvious they opted out of getting a new seating area when it was last remodeled- vast empty space and one sad tiny uncomfortable chair. Hotel was fine for sleeping but overall a disappointment

Stayed for a concert at Fourwinds. We were just looking for a safe, quiet place to rest our heads afterwards. We were pleasanly surprised with so much more! The staff was very friendly. We didn't see a speck of dust or trash anywhere! It was only 5 minutes to the casino, so that was a bonus. To top off our stay, we had a great breakfast to send us on our way. My ONLY slight disappointment were the sheer curtains. We had a window right next to the canopy and the lights lit up the room. We're going to another show at the casino in the fall. See you then!

The front desk staff were very inexperienced! I had to ask for a few things and they didn’t follow up. It was not a good fit for a hotel of this caliber and they just seemed to be new or something else? Facilities were great but the check in front desk and evening clerk were below par in my view

The property was off the main road and very quiet. The only traffic was people staying at the hotel. It was very clean and quiet inside as well. The staff was very pleasant and responsive

The rooms were large and beds comfy. Rooms clean and all the common areas were clean as well. Breakfast was ok. Could have had better selection.

No Whirlpool
There was no Whirlpool as shown in the hotels pictures. It was disappointing as this was the reason I reserved a room here. Attached are photos of what is in the area now.

I enjoyed the ease of pre-checking in where all I had to do was pick up the key cards. The clerk on duty was very nice and professional as she provided very helpful information.

The bathroom had hair lying on the floor and in the sink. The room had a strong burning smell. I called to clarify an extra charge that the hotel made to my card and they hung up on me twice. Terrible customer service.

Slept great but workers didn’t act friendly
This hotel must have been great once but it’s not kept tip top. We had no shower gel on the shower, tv didn’t work in the seating area but did work in the bed area. Breakfast wasn’t super and the people working were either dressed less than professional in housekeeping and wait staff where breakfast was served didn’t act like they wanted to be there. Kinda put us in a mood of less than. 🙁

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in any common areas for the entire stay. The desk staff never acknowledged us coming or going and were gruff when asked questions etc. No doubt the no air made for difficult working conditions. A few issues with door not locking as well!

The staff was rude. We were placed in the 1st floor handicap room right across from the ice machine, stairs and outside door. They were fully booked so we had no option to stay in that room. Getting a place to stay in this area is sometimes difficult and there were no other options to make different arrangements. I feel this facility uses this situation to book all of their rooms and not put consideration into the comfort of their customers.

Good location staff was nice but the breakfast part needs help. They slack in refilling things even ran out of silverware. If you say breakfast is till a certain time, you should be able to get it till that time and not have it empty shelves.
