“Can't wait to go back!”

This was a very enjoyable place to stay. The staff was extemely helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was fresh and kept stocked. The hotel is nestled at the edge of New Buffalo and made it very convenient to roam the town. We really enjoyed our three day weekend and have already made plans to return in the fall.

“Very nice!”

Nice hotel, although we didn't use the pool, or the hot tub or breakfast, but they were all available. We spent most of the time at the local casinos! Friendly staff, very comfortable room. Would stay again.

“Good Hotel”

I have two complaints which are easily correctable: 1. you only have one elevator, only one way to get to the other floors, no stairs. this elevator either needs upgrading to runn faster, or you need to add another one. it takes too long to go up/down. 2. we stayed for 2 nights. on both mornings when we arrived downstairs to get the continental breakfast, there was really no food left, we saw people taking trays up to their rooms, the breakfast room was filled with kids, no tables to sit at. did not seem to be monitored by staffing.

“Good location”

Easy to get to from the highway and close to downtown New Buffalo. Room was spacious and comfortable but bed and bed linens were worn. Complementary breakfast was a continental breakfast with a few apples and no protein selections. Nice pool area and attractive lobby. Good value for the money.

“Very clean, nice room”

Clean room, good size. Complimentary continental breakfast available with waffles. Easy to find, right off the expressway. Easy access and minutes from center of New Buffalo and the start of the Red Arrow Highway. Nice, helpful staff.

The hotel was easy to get to. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel and it seemed very quiet even though we were there over New Year's Eve weekend. I would definitely recommend to friends going through the area and would go back myself.

One nite stay- Was great- clean - Had a jucuzzi room everything was real nice. I recomend it. If you want a 5 star go somewhere else..But if you want a Cheap (the cheapest in area) Clean, Nice place to spend the night this is it. I had no complaints.

The staff was great, our room was clean and the indoor pool was great. This was our first time staying at the Harbor Country Hotel and we've decided that we will use this hotel as a mid-winter get away.

“Enjoyed the whirlpool not the towels”

My friend and I enjoyed a get-a-way weekend in New Buffalo,MI We enjoyed everything about the hotel except for the towels in the room-I wouldn't wash my car with the towels in the room! They were old and rough. The room was clean and personnel very nice. If I were to go back I would bring my own bath towels.
