“Very nice and comfortable”

The hotel was nice and very clean. They had a very nice selection of breakfast items (hot and cold) as part of the Continental Breakfast. It would have been nice if the hours for breakfast (especially on a Saturday) were extended to at least 10:30am instead of 9:30am. There was also a very nice pool and hot tub area. The only downside is that the pool is NOT heated and the water was COLD. The kids spent most of their pool time with their feet in the hot tub than in the pool.

I was satisfied but for 2 fairly minor issues: although we had to queen beds and 4 adults in our room, we were only provided 2 bath towels. When we went to get 2 more towels, they did not take the hint the next day. Since this was a resort area, more information about the local area and things to do would have been most helpful

This hotel was just perfect for what we were doing. We went to the local casino. The room was very comfortable and the price was very reasonable.

“Great location for trip to Four Winds”

The service, the room, the price, and the included breakfast were all really good on our recent overnight trip to go play at Four Winds, which is just over the overpass from this hotel. The beds were a little hard for my taste, but fine according to my travelling companions. And if you lose your shirt and only have a couple bucks left to eat, there's a McDonald's right next door. What's not to like?

“Bad milk”

Hotel was clean and staff nice but not willing to do anything extra. Milk was spoiled (clumpy and smelled spoiled) in morning breakfast. Even though I told them some milk was spoiled next day too. They didn't throw away the batch of milk just exchanged it for some more spoiled milk from the back. so be careful on their food. Didn't know you couldn't have late check out through Expedia. Would have been nice to been told that upfront at check-in and not very customer service friendly policy since it doesn't cost them any extra. I stayed mid-week too Pool was warm which is nice and nice whirlpool

“Great Location”

Close to the Fourwinds Casino and Lake Michigan is just a few blocks. New Buffalo is a quaint little town on the shores of Lake Michigan.

“Hotel Service Not Great”

My family and I traveled to this beach city and stayed for 3 days to enjoy a few days at the lake. Early each morning & sometimes at night, we could hear AND feel a loud, humming, vibrating noise coming from the wall that the heads of our beds sat on. On 3 different occassions we complained to the hotel staff & were told once that maintenance was not available but would get back to us. We never received any follow up. Also a bit farther away from beach than indicated. Breakfast was a bonus. However, we would not recommend.
