Shabby and unclean.

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: It was available when everything else was sold out.
Cons: Pretty much everything.
Decided to stay here because other area hotels were sold out for the Maytag Half Ironman. At checkin, the desk clerk had us wait for about 15 minutes while he counted the change in the register. The room was shabby and felt unclean. Carpets were stained and worn. The room was only big enough for the bed and a single chair. The bathrooms were grundgy as well. Overall, not a good experience. Because of the Maytag Half Ironman, prices per night went from the normal $65 to $149 per night.

Not recommended

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on our experience. On checkin, there were no bath towels in the room so we had to go to the front desk for them. The next day, the room wasn't touched - beds not made, towels not renewed, etc., which required another trip to the front desk. The faucet handle was broken and never repaired after reporting it. Even when the beds were made, they were very sloppy. The sheets were never changed even once during a 7 day stay.

OK not the best.

This was an ok hotel. The shower was to low for me since I'm 6'7. The bathroom is very small the bed was comfy and clean but its a small space. I recommend a quick stay if you just need rest.

Nice rooms, outside is a dump

Posted May 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
The rooms were reasonably nice, the staff was very friendly and considerate. Checking in and out was a breeze. My only negative was the the outside conditions of the hotel were a complete dump. It is in bad need of updating but inside the rooms were considerably cleaner.

I have not had a lot of positive experiences with Red Roof Inns and this one was no exception. For myself, I plan to avoid Red Roofs in the future.

Good. Room smelled like smoke a little even though it says it was non-smoking but wasn't horrible
