“Clean rooms, good value”

This is not a luxury hotel, but if you're looking for a clean place to sleep for a night or two, you can't beat the price/quality combination here. Our room was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and the hotel is easy to find, right on the main drag.

“Not too bad”

This is exactly what you pay for. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but for $42 you get skimpy towels and sheets and a crappy tv.

“decent motel”

Not a resort, for certain. It is however, a clean, well run motel. The staff is pleasant and the room, though a little outdated, is clean and very comfortable. One thing to note: if you are taller than 5'8", the shower will be difficult to use.
