This was just an ok stay. I would choose a different property next time. I had reserved our rooms months ahead of time through Expedia but upon check in were told they ran out of the room type we booked and were given a different one. They said this is because we booked through a third party. I book hotel rooms through Expedia at least a dozen times a year and I've never run into that problem. We also thought breakfast was lacking. It was very basic with no extras thrown in like toppings for oatmeal. The bread products weren't kept refilled so there was only plain white bread each morning even though we came day more than an hour before breakfast was over. The front desk staff was friendly though.

Hide a bed a little uncomfortable but we got upgraded to a suite so not a big complaint especially when it came to storing bikes and needing the extra space

Booked a room of an app. App didnt say anything about the pool, hottub, fitness room, and elevators were out of order. Still had to pay full price for room.

Not bad for the price but could use a refresh. This room had stains on the curtains and carpet and smelled like it had been smoked in at some point. Shower/bath nozzle didn’t fully work. Things like that. But a fine stay.

Room was amazing and very modern, with the exception of the bathroom, which seemed outdated in comparison to room. Very clean though. Breakfast was decent, staff was friendly and stay was perfect! Definitely enjoyed hot tub and heated indoor pool!

The property was at a very convenient location and felt safe. The staff were professional and friendly. About the only downside was the third floor elevator button was out and one of us had to go down and send the elevator up. The staff said we could call them anytime for them to help, but we knew they were already busy without clients calling all the time to go push the elevator button. Great stay overall.

This hotel gross and unprofessional
The staff. Wear whatever band shirt and leggings they want not professional attire. Had breakfast that was horrible too The first room they check us into. Checking in at 930 pm and had to change room that last after a long drive not fun. Bed has red spots all over the mattress and fitted sheets. Carpet was not vacuumed. They didn’t tell us s on floor 3 the elevator was broken have to take stairs. One with knee problems was hard to go up and down The second room a bigger room. The living room couch had red spots on it. The chair in living room black spots all over seat and arm rest Put a towel down to sit on it The beds are all worn out didn’t sleep well. When checking out I complained but could not get a comp because of third party Don’t know what’s going on with choice hotels. But kind had a similar experience in Iowa They gave us a room that the sink was bad had to get a new room at 1030 pm causing the sink was leaking

The staff is amazing. Incidents occurred out of their reach so, this is not at all toward the staff. I had incident where I got a room that was already occupied. Some system issue. I was extremely embarrassed when I open the hotel room door and someone was going to the bathroom and exposed. I did apologize to them and I know the staff was very apologetic to both parties. I also paid for a nicer room and got booked one of lesser value. The staff did correct it so taken care off. I do say that things happen but the staff went out of their way for me and that will make me return.

Wonderful staff
Overall a good hotel. Starting to feel run down/lack of maintenance judging by light bulbs out in the room, fixtures coming apart, broken trim. Room was spotless and the staff goes well above and beyond to help with any issues. Breakfast is bland/subpar but is to be expected at this level of hotel.
