Worse HotelPosted Nov 21, 2014
Cons: everything. Expedia could see that our money is refunded.
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas is a lovely town.
Hotel clerk was disorientated had problems finding our information. We entered the room. The floor was filthy with pieces of trash all over the floor. Companion pulled edge of covers back on one bed and sheets were dirty. Went back to desk and reported what was wrong. Clerk gave us a "suite" saying only difference was a chair. Entered suite that appeared in better condition. however, upon looking closer baseboards had been pulled away and black mold was all along baseboard. conditions were unfavorable in particular for one person with asthma. We told the desk clerk couldn't stay due to poor and unhealthy conditions Desk clerk gave no indications it was a problem in cancelling and we left. Subsequently hotel has denied our request to refund charges to credit card. While a guarantee 24 hour cancellation, the cancellation was due to hotel problems not ours. The worst hotel I've ever been in and worst management.

Not worth $99 a nightPosted Oct 30, 2014
Pros: The A/C was nice and cold.
Cons: Breakfast was not good.
Location: Waffle house was within walking distance. At least we could get breakfast there!
Luckily we were just there for a football game and didn't spend much time in the room. The room was ok, just a basic room. We went down for the "free" breakfast at around 8:45 a.m. and nothing was left but cold cereal, bread and waffle batter. That was a disappointment. I would not stay here again.

Close to shopping and restaurantsPosted Oct 17, 2014
Hard to find a hotel under 100. per night on local craft fair weekend. Very comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was lacking but was adequate. Close to shopping and many restaurants, mall..

Game dayPosted Sep 22, 2014
The management should have known it was going to be busy as all hotels in the region were sold out due to the game. The one staff person was over whelmed and could not service all at once. However, She was very nice and helpful.

You get what you pay forPosted Jun 30, 2014
First they put us in a smoking room. They switched us to a non smoking room that was a little musty but tolerable. The place is very old and run down but it is clean. The toilet was slow to flush but finally did. You definitely get what you pay for. Breakfast was sparse. I was hoping for fruit, but no. For the construction workers staying there it is fine. But I wouldn't send any of my family or friends. Ladies are not going to be comfortable here.

Econolodge- Shabby exterior needs maintenancePosted Jun 30, 2014
Very disappointed in the overall condition of the facility. The exterior is really shabby. Rolls of old carpet sitting in a pile by a storage shed near the front entry. The pool and spa were closed. I was embarrassed to take my family there. If Expedia had not charged my card with the reservation I would have gone elsewhere. Good points: The room was clean and the furnishings were decent. But lots of dings on the walls and damage to the base. Weak water pressure. That's it for me and Econolodge. I guess this says a lot about the nature of lodging when a mid price "hotel" looks like this.

I did the job...but that's about it.Posted Jun 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were in town for just one night and needed somewhere to stay on a budget. So we couldn't be very picky I guess. The Pros.- Service was friendly. Location and Surrounding area was good. A/C worked great. Bed was comfortable. It was cheap. The Cons.- Locks were broken on the door. Carpet was dirty. Pool had a green hue to it. Too many maintenance items too list. It was cheap. Other than that it did the trick for what we needed so I didn't rate it too badly but you might if you stay there.
