“This hotel is.......WOW!”

We took my daughter to Beaver Lake to Jet Ski & needed a hotel close by that would impress her. She is a former Miss Kansas, and seen alot of hotels. Was she impressed? Yes! Especially by the atrium,breakfast and workout room. However, the pull out couch mattress did cause a little discomfort.

“Best hotel in Rogers, AR”

I have only one "complaint." There were three of us staying in one room at the hotel, but only two glasses and coffee cups were provided. Attention should be paid to the number of people who are registered to stay in one room (this question is asked upon booking) and an adequate number of glasses, cups, and towels should be provided for that number.

“Biker rally stay”

There were lots of people and motorbikes at the hotel. No one was ever out of the way. No one bothered the bikes--lots of lookers, but no one touched a bike without permission. The hotel & staff were great. The buffet for breakfast was great. The rooms were excellent. The facilities were convenient and clean. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Area recommendations

We were not in the immediate neighborhood. We attended the Bikers, Blues, & BBQ festivities. The vendors were friendly and we enjoyed ourselves.

“second time I've stayed here; nice hotel”

I have stayed here for busines twice in recent months. Nice hotel, friendly staff. I have heard the health club is good but have not tried it.

“Had a great time!”

We stayed here while visiting relatives, and we had a great time. The breakfast buffet was great. It was very clean, everyone was extremely friendly, and I thought my three year old would never want to leave with the fountain and the glass elevators. When we return to the area, we plan to stay there again.

I thought the surrounding area seemed very nice. It's very new, as though the whole neighborhood just popped up within the last ten years.

“We stay here often”

We stay at the Embassy Suites most of the time when we visit NW Arkansas. We LOVE the breakfast and the Manager's Reception. The suite is comfortable and clean and very accommodating. Our only complaint is the wait staff at breakfast. They do not readily replenish food or drink on the buffet, but are ready to take your plate before you are done eating! They clean the tables of condiments before time to stop serving breakfast. Overall, the hotel is wonderful and we will continue to patronize.

“"Wedding night disappointment"”

I booked this room as a wedding present for my sister and her husband on their wedding night and I didnt get what i paid for! I booked a King Suite and added a comment stating that it was a gift and that the couple would be on their honeymoon so please use my credit card to make their stay as romantic and comfortable as possible. Upon arrival they were given a key and headed up to their room only to find out it didnt work and they went back down to the desk and this went on for over an hour. They were never able to open the room so they just gave them the only room left. They did enjoy the b-fast and food is important. Overall they enjoyed the stay after they got a room.
