“Business trip”
Hotel needs a bit of updating.
“Unauthorized card charges - wouldn't resolve it”
I won't trust this hotel with a credit or debit card again. I'm very unhappy with my experience at this hotel and the lack of sevice. I had left my corporate credit card at home and checked in using a debit card. I was reassured that the card wouldn't be charged if I didn't incurr incidental charges. They ran the card for $80. I spoke with four different people over four days including the general manager who insisted that they did not charge the card and that whatever mistake had been made wasn't their fault. Rather than dealing with it at the time, the GM wanted to to fax a bank statement so he could handle it later. I won't be staying at this property again.
