“very nice place, helpful, friendly staff”

Was in town for a wedding. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The breakfast was expansive and all in all my stay was lovely.

“Wonderful hotel!”

This was an excellent hotel. Check in was quick and accurate, the staff were very cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had an east facing room and there was a heavy darkening blind on the window keeping the morning sun from waking us early. The bed was very comfortable and we experienced a very nice night of rest. We visit the Rogers/Bentonville area often so we will definitly be visiting this Hampton Inn again. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Stay was a success.”

Only problems were that one light was out and not replaced and the faucet in the bathroom had some issues. But on the whole, the stay was pleasant, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful and we would stay there again.

“Awesome stay, top notch service”

I've never stayed anywhere where both people who I spoke to at the front desk knew why I was in town, and the young lady I spoke to at checkout even asked to make sure I enjoyed the birthday party I spoke to the checkin lady about. The hotel was immaculate, and the only real complaint was we were misinformed about the pool hours so my children were disappointed they didn't get in another hour of swimming.

“Great for Weekend Get-away”

We were staying in Rogers/Bentonville for the weekend to visit our son at his summer job. This hotel had a very competitive price and proximity to interstate highway. The immediate area is a high traffic intersection, so we chose a room away from the street with no descernible noise during the night. The breakfast area was one of the best I've experienced for being included in the price. We were pleased to discover a large, upscale, mall area with movie theatre within two miles. Most major chain restaurants and stores are within 5 miles. The room itself was modern decor, dark at night, quiet atmosphere, with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We will visit again.

We booked the hotel because of the good reputation of the Hampton Inn, but this was even better that normal. All new! Sharp staff. Great location for business or pleasure.

“Wonderful Hotel”

We were in Rogers, AR for a funeral. We booked this hotel because of the other reviews. They were right on the money with their comments. This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were very nice and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was good and they have different items on different days. The first morning it was waffles, scrambled eggs and biscuit & gravy. They still have oatmeal, cereal, fruit, juice, etc. The next day it was waffles, cheese omelet and french toast sticks. In the evenings after all the stress of the day, we would go to the lobby. The have a very nice sitting room with TV and computers. There is a coffee area with 3 types of coffee, hot chocolate and several teas. We will definately stay here again and recommend this place to all of our family.

“Very happy with this location”

The room was large with a larger than expected refrigerator and closet. The room was clean and the location appears new. The mattress(king) was firm, comfortable, and also appeared to be new. The room and sheets smelled fresh, the entire hotel appears to be non-smoking. Breakfast was provided, but I did not make use of that service. The TV was a flat screen 32 inch with a clear picture. 40+ channels. There is an indoor pool for relaxation. The location is within a quarter mile of the I-540. There are many restaurants nearby. I will definately use this hotel in the future.

“Great family hotel”

We stayed at the Bentonville/Rogers Hampton Inn from July 7-10, 2011, and could not have been more pleased. We have two boys, ages seven and three, and the hotel is perfect for families with children. The staff is very accomodating to children and seemed to be patient with us, even when we tracked in a bit too much water from the pool. The indoor pool is great and provides complimentary balls, toys, and floaties for the kids to play with. The room was extremely nice and spacious and the complimentary breakfast was good, too. Great value, great location and great staff...highly recommend!
