“Quality service at Rodger's area”

Looking for options on Labor weekend near to Eureka Springs, we found this excelent hotel with a incredible rate. Its location helps the traveling around the area and to visit the Walmart hometown.

“Bentonville Xmas 2009”

Great place to stay in Rogers/Bentonville. The Village Inn restaurant next door was very convenient. The hotel is also a driveway away from the Whole Hog Cafe, a must dine when you are in the area. I requested a hypo-allergenic pillow in the evening and two were promptly brought up to my room. This was the second time we had stayed in the hotel during the holidays and were not disappointed.

“Great place to stay”

Don't know what more I can say. The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was great, and very reasonable. There were a variety of eating places within a short distance. Very close to the highway, so we could get to and from the wedding with a minimum of fuss. The pool was just the right temperature, though the jacuzzi was a wee bit warm, but not intolerable. Free internet access was great, so I could keep up with my emails. The staff was friendly and helpful. If we ever go back to Bentonville, this would be the place I would want to stay.

“Chocolate Chips”

Every day at the front desk chocolate chip cookies were available, they were the perfect treat at the end of a busy day. I always looked forward to those cookies and asked Richard to make special trips to the lobby for cookies. Also thank you very much for "rebooking" our flight to Bentonville when the original flight was cancelled due to thunderstorms. That really made my day too!!!! I will always use Expedia.

“Clean, good value”

This hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. They have a nice breakfast buffet in the lobby, though it does cost $7-9. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located right next to I-540 at the Walton Rd. exit. There is a Village Inn right across the parking lot, and there are many other restaurants and hotels nearby. The Northwest Medical Center is also very close. If I were in this region again, I would definitely stay here without hesitation.

“Could Have Been Better”

Didn't realize I was getting a handicapped accessible room. Very small countertop in bathroom - hardly had room to set my personal belongings down. The shower didn't drain properly and since it was a handicapped accessible shower, the water spilled over into the bathroom floor. Used all my spare towels to soak it up. Upon lifting the bedspread to turn in for the the night, I found a hole in the sheet. Not very impressive. Room was clean and area was quiet, but the little details were lacking. I'm sure the other rooms are fine, but unfortunately I didn't have the best experience.

“Noise”

Noise level is very high in the room - loud HVAC system and plumbing and and walls are very thin.

“Don't go here!”

Not recommended. The comforter on the bed looked good but if you turned over it slid off the bed. Sheets not comfortable. Noise. The trash truck was there at 5:30 AM. Breakfast was way to expensive. The hotel had the same things for breakfast the other "free breakfast" hotels have except a made to order cook. This hotel is not a good value for the price. Have had a better stay at Super 8 motels.
