“Much better than expected”

I stayed at this hotel about 2 years ago and it was awful. I booked to see if anything had changed and was surprised at how they had altered their operations and addressed most of the issues. The rooms were clean and the lobby much more presentable. The desk staff were very good. I was happy to see the change.

“Nice place”

The hotel appeared to show some wear and tear but overall was kept very well and our room was clean. It is close to University of Arkansas, just off 540, and was easily accesible. The staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast was good too. We would stay there again.

The hotel is in a good location and was very clean. The price was also pretty reasonable. What else would you want?

“Big room! Nice breakfast”

The room we had was huge, especially for the price. It had 2 king size beds with room to walk! The breakfast was ok...the eggs were terrible, but my 13 year old son loved the quick pancake maker!! I would stay here again!

“No Cleaning”

When we returned for the day late in the evening we found our room had not been cleaned. We called the fron desk and told them and they said they would send up clean towels. They never arrived.

“A fair building but an overall disappointment due.”

The staff initially entered our information in another guest's name from another state until I straightened them out. The two ladies that served us were NOT friendly nor helpful when asked about eating establishments in the area. No smiles, no welcoming attitude, I was given the impressioin that I was imposing on their time to ask questions. One day our room was never cleaned and we had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels.
