All was great at the hotel. My only thought is I wish this hotel still had its spa area.

Nothing fancy, but a good value for a business stay. Hotel is close to several resturants.

“Just what we needed.”

Front desk was polite. Rooms very clean. The Expedia write up of the property indicated there were microwaves and refridgerators in the rooms. This was the case for jr. suites only. The front desk moved us into the a jr. suite and kept our rate the same. Free breakfast had lots of choices. Only downfall was that there was no pool.

“Non-Smoking/Smoking”

We reserved a non-smoking room and got a room that was touted as non-smoking. However, the smell of the room was really bad. I thought it might just be musty, turned the air conditioner colder and unpacked. The smell never improved. After staying two nights, I left the hotel with a headache caused from the smell of the room. I suspect it was once a smoking room. No refrigerator, no microwave, television had poor reception, carpet was dirty, guest computer near the front desk was extremely slow (took 2 minutes to get a browser to even open!), and did I mention that the room smelled very bad. There is another hotel we frequent that charges less per night and the above listed items are far superior. Your hotel looks good and the employees are fabulous. The basic items we look for, however, were quite lacking and much higher per night.

“Needs an update”

Unfortunately, it took changing rooms several times to get to an acceptable room. I admit that I am picky about my accommodations being clean and presentable. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was that pillows were rumpled and I was not sure if the cases had been changed from the last guest. We switched rooms. The second room again had that rumpled look as well as two long dark hairs on the pillow I picked up. We changed rooms. In the third room the pillows did not look much better, but we decided to stay only because we were tired, and it was only for 1 night. I realized it was not going to get any better, and we did not want the hassle of changing hotels. The bedding just needs replacing or the loads in the dryer need to be smaller so that the sheets and cases aren't so wrinkled and rumpled looking. You need to feel confident that the bedding is changed from one guest to another. The pillows themselves need replacing as they were lumpy and cheap. The employee at the desk was very apologetic and accommodated us as best he could though.
