“Hotel is walking distance to the NW AR Convention Center”

Nice and clean hotel and is right next door to the convention center. We ate at "Market Place" which was also within walking distance and they have good food.

“Nice Hotel”

They have a friendly staff. The hotel was clean with a nice atrium. There was plenty of parking. The nice fountain going up the wall in the atrium between the two elevators was not operational. I could almost see it working, and it looked really nice in my mind! Unfortunately, there was no complimentary breakfast. We did order off the menu for a reasonably priced breakfast in the morning. In light of the savings booking through Expedia, we weren't too disappointed about it.

“Great Room except the bed is really hard!”

The mattresses are very hard. If you enjoy sleeping on a soft mattress, you will not get a good night's rest at this hotel!

“Hotel expensive in the fine print”

Great hotel! Except for the fact that there is no free continental breakfast. If you want a breakfast at the hotel, it is going to cost you at least $6, and that is for a minimal amount of food. The rooms are wonderfully clean, immaculate and comfortable! Except for the fact that you have to pay for each TV show you want to watch. You cannot just turn on the TV and watch it. You have to search through menus of movies and past TV episodes and select one(s) to be paid on your hotel bill. I was only able to connect to the hotel's wired internet connection and it was slow. Other than that, it could be a great hotel. I will not be staying there again, nor recommending it to anyone.
