“Great hotel close to the University of Arkansas”

I enjoyed the stay here. The room included a mini-fridge and individual coffee maker which I did not expect for the price. A continental breakfast was provided, although I didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of it. The front desk was helpful and even offered to give me deals on surrounding restaurants. The only down side was the immediate proximity of the highway, but it was nothing a couple earplugs couldn't fix. I would definitely stay here again.

“Regency7 stay”

Clean, quiet, efficient and comfortable beds. Plentiful pillows and towels.

“Meh”

The room was pretty good, but there were spots on the wall that had been spackled and sanded and not repainted. The only chair in the room was grubby and the corners in the bathroom were a little gross. Free complimentary breakfast apparently equates with lobby with be locked with the lights off from 6am to 9am.

“Not a bad room, but a disappointing experience”

The staff was very unfriendly. I had to fax my printed confirmation to the hotel to get my room as I reserved it (2 queens, non-smoking). Also, there were $22 in fees tacked onto the price which jacked it up to the regular price of the room that I would have paid if I had booked it myself.
