Nice, quiet place to stayPosted May 2, 2015
Pros: the kitchenette, the large bathroom, the breakfast, liked that it was quiet at night
Cons: The sheets are not soft
Location: Downtown Bentonville is so cute, I liked Rogers as well, beautiful area.
I stayed six nights at this hotel and loved the little kitchen, and the large bathroom. The bed sheets are not exactly soft, that would be my only markdown. Staff nice, breakfast room great, I would stay here again.

Easy access from the hotel to various sites in Bentonville. The location was quiet. There were several nooks where an individual or a small group could spend time playing games. chating or relaxing. The breakfast bar lacked hot water and tea choices, but was otherwise much as other breakfast bars at equivalent lodgings. The decor was tasteful. Definitely a good stay for the price.

A Great Place to Stay!Posted Apr 24, 2015
Location: Getting out on the road in the morning is nearly impossible and there's no way around it, so just bear down and be patient. You'll get out eventually
Everything about the place was great, from the spotless room to the comfortable beds to the clean swimming pool and hot tub to the great breakfast. Couldn't ask for a finer place to stay.

Good value but.....Posted Apr 21, 2015
Cons: Breakfast items
Location: Paririe Grove battlefield....nicely done by state if you are into civil war history
Sleeping rooms excellent. Breakfast needs improvement ...better selection on items. Bar was very rowdy the night we were there. Overall good value for price.

Good Business HotelPosted Apr 10, 2015
Pros: The beds, the carpet, the rooms, the breakfast is good.
Location: very close for WM meetings and also the Crystal Bridges Museum. Downtown Bentonville now has many a beautiful square with lots of great restaurants.
I've stayed here several times in the past and have always been very happy with the hotel. This time was not as great. I stayed for three nights and the first morning I used the coffee pot in my room. I left it on the counter and it was not clean when I returned that night. I left it and it was not cleaned the entire time of my stay. Also, the toilet was not cleaned the entire stay. I talked to the night manager about it on my way to dinner on my last night and she said she would let the day time people know and they may want to contact me. I did not hear from anyone and the problems were not corrected. The breakfast was good, the vendor lounge was fine. However, there are tip jars and tip envelopes out everywhere and the service seems to suffering.

Comfortable. Very nice room.Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pleasant three-night stay. Have stayed here before. Big disappointment was the coffee which was available at breakfast. Weak and watery all three mornings. Everything else was up to high standards so I don't understand why they would skimp on this. They provide a coffee-making machine in the suite and I would recommend you stick to that -- much better. When I reserved on expedia there was something like a 10-dollar per night sale. Without that discount I probably would have gone elsewhere. My suite was on the interstate highway side of the hotel. There is some noise from trucks driving by in the night -- but not enough to be a bother to me.
