“A+ hotel”

Nice clean hotel, very help full staff. I would walk across the parking lot and have breakfast at Braum's. the hotel food is a little bland.

“Can't complain, very clean”

This hotel was excellent - especially when considering the relatively low price. Very clean. Housekeeping was overly anxious to clean our room both days (9 a.m.). Both times we asked them to come back later and they did. There's a Braums and Taco Bell adjacent to the parking lot - what more do you need? There's an indoor pool and sauna. As a bonus, the front desk allowed us to take their ruler and scotch tape to our room so that our Type A 8-year old could make some paper air planes.

“Springdale AR Sleep Inn”

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Stayed five days. Four out of the five days our room was cleaned as expected. Two of the five days, the supplied breakfasts were good and all items were available. On the third day, items were missing, all but one were eventually filled. Fourth and Fifth day many items missing, including coffee and decaff, never to be corrected despite being brought to the attendants attention.

We travel A LOT and stay in hotels up to twice a month. The rate was an excellent price. I would stay there again. The hotel was nice and the location was good. Not in a party neighborhood. No busy streets or highways to interfere with sleep. Rooms are large and nicely appointed. Our reservation was accurate and even though we arrived close to midnight, the staff was ready for us. The free breakfast was not the best and not the worst. Our only complaint was that housekeeping completely missed cleaning one of our rooms so when we opened the door it was unacceptable. We reported it to the front desk and he gave us a different room immediately. He was still able to keep our rooms near each other. After that, we had no problems whatsoever.

It was convenient and close to where we wanted to go. The indoor pool was open later than 10 p.m., which was nice. Breakfast could have run later on weekends and been replenished up to ending time. Room was clean and neat. Hotel located in a commercial area, close to shopping, restaurants, and our purpose of destination.

“Nice stay”

Hotel overall was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast left something to be desired. I will stay there again.

“Springdale Review”

Overall pleased with the condition of the hotel. Seams that the hotel management does not do a great job in enforcing the "No Smoking" policy. It is a no smoking hotel, but the room that I stayed in had been smoked in.
